Hard to find products sometimes for the Ruger 57. This bore cleaner fits the bill however. Looks good, works good.
This is the first bore snake I've used on my pistol. Worked like a charm. Follow some simple instructions and bam, barrel is clean in one quick pull.
Product was as described and arrived fairly quickly given the scandemic conditions we are dealing with this in this country.
I bought the .30 caliber bore snake and liked it so much I bought the .22 caliber as well. This bore snake works great. It does everything I need for half the price of anything else I could anywhere in stores, on-line or Amazon.
Can never have enough for cleaning bores. I have several in range kits and in the cleaning area. Never have a chance to say I misplaced one when I needed it.
I hate cleaning 22 barrels this makes it so easy.
I have a Mossberg 702. Sprayed the barrel and snake with cleaner. Dropped the weight thru the barrel until it came out the end of the barrel and started pulling. Got about half way through and it got stuck. I pulled as hard as I could and no go. I was able to pull it back out but ended up cleaning with my cleaning kit. The braid is to big for a 22LR rifle. For $10 I won't bother returning it. Oh well. I've bought many Mcarbo parts and have been very happy overall.
Works like the description said it would, if I need another one then I'll be coming back here.
