KEL-TEC SUB-2000 Glock Extended Magazine Release
The KEL-TEC SUB-2000 Extended Magazine Release is compatible with Gen 1 Gen 2 & Gen 3 SUB-2000 configurations using Glock magazines, enhancing your mag change efficiency.
Please note: It won't function with the Massachusetts preban, and is not compatible with Glock 1-2 magazines.
Constructed from Delrin Acetal, the extended mag release boasts superior tensile and impact strength. This choice of material ensures minimal wear on your Glock polymer magazines. While we could have opted for aluminum, the unique properties of Glock magazine material led us to this innovative solution.
A standout feature of Delrin Acetal is its inherent lubricity, promoting smoother magazine changes over the standard factory plastic. The mag release button has a textured, serrated grip and rounded corners, reducing snagging and eliminating sharp edges. It's a perfect match for the KEL TEC SUB 2000 Glock 19 version.
Experience swifter, smoother mag changes with this Extended Mag Release for your SUB-2000!

NOT Designed for Left Eye.
This is really a fantastic addition for the right-handed shooter. However, I can not reccommend it for the lefties. It is too easy to inadvertently engage while shooting, without significant focus and training.
huge improvment
another must have install upgrade
Why I support Mcarbo:
1. They are Combat Veteran owned.
2. They support the Military/LEO’s (I was both)
3. Their components are Detail Engineered
4. Exceptional QUALITY
5. Customer Service is A+++
6. They offer ”How To” detailed videos for most components
7. Fast shipping and Outstanding order communications
Note: Basically I rebuilt my Kel Tec sub 2000, Gen 2
Much better
The factory release is small. This is a great upgrade. Only wish it were metal.
Needs an improved spring included
Im really liking the extended mag release. I got mine in the lowers upgrade kit and it says Glock on the option but I have not had any issues using other brand magazines with this release. Working just fine.
Not for lefty
Installed next time at the range. I dumped the mag every time I shot. Have to go back to factory.
NOT for left handers!
DO NOT buy this if you are left handed!
Since installing it has become an irritation. While with the stock release I would on rare occasions accidentally bump it, I learned to hold it just slightly differently and it wasn't a big issue.
Now with the extended release I am CONSTANTLY bumping it and dropping the magazine. It is in the way. I bought the kit and it was included. I wished I had never installed it.
Mcarbo should have a warning to left hander's in the product description.
What A Difference!
The Difference From Factory Stock & This .... Like Night & Day, Esp. When Wearing Gloves, Easy To Locate And Engage!
Kel Tec Sub 2000 gen 3:
I am looking to buy a 50rd drum from Magpul that fits Glocks
Will this work to support the weight of the 50rd mag?
I have Kel Tec Sub2000 Gen2 with Multi Mag (accepts M&P mags). Can I replace its mag release with this to use with Glock 17 mags?

You would also need to change the grip frames first to work with the Glock mags.
