Legal Disclaimer & Auction Participation Rules

  1. Buyer’s Responsibility to Verify State Laws:
    • It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that they are legally permitted to own the firearm in their state of residence before placing a bid. Firearm regulations vary by state, and certain firearms may be restricted or prohibited. Buyers are strongly advised to research and confirm all applicable state and local laws regarding firearm ownership and magazine capacity before bidding.
  2. Assistance in Correcting Legal Conflicts:
    • If a winning bidder cannot legally receive the firearm due to state restrictions, MCARBO will assist in resolving the issue where possible. However, to maintain the integrity of the auction, MCARBO will charge a fee equal to 10% of the winning bid amount to cover administrative costs and ensure future participation privileges. This fee must be paid in full for the bidder to continue participating in M*CARBO auctions.
  3. Right to Refuse Future Service:
    • MCARBO reserves the right to refuse service to any bidder who fails to fulfill their payment or legal obligations after winning an auction. Delinquent winning bidders who do not cooperate with these guidelines or pay the applicable fee will be prohibited from participating in any future MCARBO auctions. By placing a bid, buyers acknowledge and accept these terms as a condition of their participation in M*CARBO auctions.
