Ruger PC Charger Shock Buffer
The Ruger PC Charger Shock Buffer by M*CARBO is designed to diminish the initial recoil shock on the shooter and lessen wear on internal components, enhancing the firearm's reliability. It's an essential accessory for increasing the longevity and performance of your Ruger PC Charger parts.
This shock buffer serves as a necessary barrier, preventing the heavy bolt from bottoming out and ensuring the long-term durability of your PC Charger. Acting like a shock absorber, it mitigates the impact of the blowback operation of the bolt against the receiver, thereby averting premature wear and potential issues with the Ruger PC Charger. Protect your investment with this valuable upgrade and let your custom Ruger PC Charger outshine the rest!
The Ruger PC Charger Shock Buffer is an exemplary aftermarket solution, providing the essential cushioning and energy displacement needed to reduce the momentum and felt impact of the bolt on the factory buffer and, ultimately, your shoulder. Incorporating a robust rubber buffer encased in a hard glass-filled nylon shell, it effectively dampens the initial shock of recoil on the shooter.
By minimizing shock on the internal Ruger PC Charger parts, this accessory improves the overall function of the PC Charger. M*CARBO, specializing in Ruger PC Charger aftermarket parts, proudly introduces this shock buffer to enhance the lifespan of your PC Charger for years to come.

PC Charger buffer
Definitely an upgrade to the oem part. The original ruger part is just plastic and I do not think it would have stood up over time. This one definitely seems like it will.
PC Charger Shock Buffer
Excellent product, easy to install and makes a significant difference in feel.
Easy install
After 600 rounds, many +P, through my RUGER PC chassis carbine using this buffer I see NO wear on the buffer and see that the rear of my bolt ALSO has no wear. Good engineering in this small but important product.
Better than OEM part
A much better design than the OEM part that should last for a long time. Great product...

Does this or any of your other parts fit the original Ruger pc9 ? I have one from the late 90’s. Thanks
Installed the Mcarbo shock buffer in my PC Charger afew months ago with no issues. Recently I purchased a Volquartsen trigger group for it but am seeing reports that it's not compatible with the Mcarbo buffer. Any of you guys have any experience with this?
We test all our parts with OEM parts; we don't test with any aftermarket. We can say if it will cause issues with the Volquartsen trigger group
