Fit like a glove. Haven't shot with it yet.
I ordered mine on pre-order and got it pretty quickly. Ramp is machined out of stainless steel with good, clean machine works. Installation is easy, ramp just click right in. I ran some A-Zoom snap caps through it, feed like 100%
Installed with the pro trigger bundle and bar. Follow the videos no issues. Should be a vast improvement over a plastic feed ramp, common sense. Have not operated this tool yet. Still have more upgrades to install and more to purchase yet. I'm familiar with these tools and am looking forward to getting mine finished to see what a combined difference this will make. I'm just guessing here but probably night and day.

A plastic feed ramp is silly. Glad Mcarbo feed ramp is available. Had to watch video to install.
Ramp is awesome. Polish that came with kit liquified and was useless. I did not know it had an expiration date and tried to use it again a year later, it had completely turned into water.
As always, the Steel Ramp is a great addition to the modification process of my S2k. The ramp fit snuggly into its position with no fuss. Pay attention to Chris' recommendation to purchase the polishing kit and polish BEFORE you install the new feed ramp. Once installed, there is no way to polish the ramp unless you disassemble the S2k. I ran 100 rounds thru after installation with no FTF issues.
Uh, enough said! Wear and tear compared between the two is a no brainer! Have not had any failure to feed on the plastic one but sure enough has some noticeable wear roughly only with 400 rounds through it. A definite and a must upgrade!!!
Once I had my factory ramp in hand I could see where the plastic had either melted or really poor craftsmanship of the original ramp. This not only looks great but is of such higher quality I am 100% satisfied. My only regret would be not polishing it before installation.
Hey , don't shoot it without it. Unless you like problems. Nuff said. get one, for each K/T you own. Oh and get a couple for friends . they'll thank you. A must replacement for clean up when SHTF. Terry
I purchased the Sub 2000 stainless steel feedramp from M*CARBO and opted to have them do the installation for me. I could not be more pleased with M*CARBO's product quality, installation services, and customer service. The feedramp was ordered and sent to me very quickly. M*CARBO has very detailed installation videos posted on their website for customers who prefer to do the install themselves. I took the feedramp and Sub 2000 to a local gunsmith to see if they could do the work locally. They told me it would take 2 months. I asked if they have worked on Sub 2000 products and was told, " I can probably figure it out once I open it up". Not exactly the confidence builder I was looking for. I reached out to M*CARBO and they walked me through the shipping process for installation over the phone, very easy and do not have to go through an FFL on the shipping end. M*CARBO did the install and returned to me in 2 weeks. They also informed me the hammer brushing needed replacement and did so with their stainless steel product at the same time as the feedramp install. Once complete, they called me for payment information and the carbine was on it's way back to me the next day. Even with shipping costs it was cheaper to ship to M*CARBO then the cost to have a local gunsmith do the work without shipping costs. M*CARBO checked in with me frequently to ensure my satisfaction with their services. The owner even reached out to me to ensure my satisfaction once the carbine was returned to me! Lots of companies talk the talk when it comes to outstanding customer service, but don't always deliver. M*CARBO walks the walk in outstanding customer service. I can tell this company and their employees care about their customers and the timely delivery of customer service. I highly recommend M*CARBO and will be doing repeat business with this organization! Their prices are very competitive also!
Great addition not waiting to find out if stock one last or not proactive not reactive in my opinion shines up nice didn't spend alot of time just enough with ol flitz on polishing shooting will help it as well if ur debating just get it it will make u smile
Had to purchase this product after the original plastic feed ramp broke in 2 pieces. Reason it broke is i was shooting some reloads i got in a trade(i know stupid to use them, but they were from a company and not just someones basement) and 1 decided to blow up. Figured while replacing the feed ramp i may as well do the flat faced trigger and springs as well as the steel pins. Got to range today, and the sub runs flawlessly. I do like the improved trigger feel as well. Put 200 rounds thru with zero issues. Definitely would recommend changing out the plastic feed ramp as im sure it will wear out eventually. While you're in there you may as well do the trigger upgrades as well. I did also install the recoil buffer, but didn't really notice much difference there. Overall definitely recommend the feed ramp and trigger with springs.
Yes! A missing piece of the puzzle! Happy to be rid of the plastic ramp, feeds much better.
Why kel tec decided to put a plastic feed ramp in the sub2k is beyond me....I never had any Feed problems but I know with that little piece of plastic having round after round slamming against it and heating up from firing. It's only a matter of time. Get the stainless steel polish it good before you install. Then you'll never have to worry about that part again.
I was installing several other Mcarbo parts, so while I had my Sub opened, I wanted to replace the plastic feed ramp. Wish KelTec did not use a plastic feed ramp, but thankful Mcarbo has developed this replacement.
