I purchased this kit, in addition to my spring kit for the Ruger GP100, even though I have similar materials for my Dremel grinder to ensure all are used and applied as per the recommendations of the kit supplier. When I had my machine shop, I used to despise clients that trashed products due to mixing and matching of their choices or lacking knowledge. The kit includes enough to polish each component as recommended, with plenty of leftover compound. The buffer pointed mounts get into small areas, using the point carefully, so I'd recommend doing those first before the tip wears and breaks off. The end results are mirror finishes with a very Smooth action after reassembling. A good product offering, especially considering the reasonable price and many items included.

With every firearm it is necessary to take every step to keep it working as flawlessly as possible. This polishing kit was perfect for doing that one step and will be useful on others
I used this polishing kit on my Kimber Micro 9 feed ramp and was very happy with the results. Bessides eye protection I recommend a shop apron and an old long sleeve shirt. The compound is light weight and spatters.
Works as advertised! Night and day difference. Just add dremel and watch the video. Well worth the price

First of all, if you plan on buying this a Dremal works best. However, a variable speed drill will work as well. I have a PSA Dagger 9mm that had a problem feeding rounds. After polishing the feed ramp the feed problem disappeared. So, given the improvement of that gun, why not polish the others. A Taurus TX22 Competition would not feed lead bullets after the polish job...fixed. My personal recommendation is just buy the kit, it's much cheaper than having the shop do the polish job. Be sure to watch the how-to video, it is very informative..
Excellent to polish not only ramp but the gritty interface found on raw FCU parts typically found on mfgr product; stripping the assembly you will find many contact points requiring attention. My (now) polished assembly and sear/trigger contact points run noticably superior to factory. G.Smiths recommend Flitz polish; this paste is much better than their liquid. Delighted the MCarbo folks have shared their products. The assembly & application videos make even me an effective Smith. Kudos. For God & Country
This kit in conjunction with the instructional video did an amazing job on my SP-101. I highly recommend getting this kit if you are doing the spring job.
I haven't finished working on all of my pistols, but the few that I have used this kit for show very impressive results. The shine on the feed ramps is striking. The cycling is better than ever!
This polishing kit was just as advertised—that is excellent.
Get this if you are getting the steel ramp.
The stainless steel feed ramp for the Kel-Tec PMR-30 is excellent (you can tell this just by looking at it - the dimensions of it) but don't be like me and think this polishing kit is "optional" - I purchased it and it has made a night/day difference on the reliability of this pistol with the feed ramp installed!!! EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND RESULTS!!!!!!!
Although I could have gotten this locally I opted to have it included in the trigger bundle and SS feed ramp kit I purchased. A time saver for sure. A great little kit that worked perfectly,, was able to put a mirror finish on the feed ramp. Mission accomplished!
