I installed two of these springs in my identical Browning AB3 rifles. I am the least handy guy in the world but after watching the video I thought I would give it a try and leave my talented buddies alone. The first one took about 30 minutes. The second one took 10 minutes or less. My trigger scale is not great but it showed both rifles triggers were a little over 4 pounds each. As they came from the factory. After installing the new springs one is about 3 pounds and the other is 3.25-3.5 pounds. Overall I am happy. 2 pounds would have been too light for my taste. I would purchase again.
Before installation Browning AB3 Trigger Spring Kit, I measured in my Browning AB3 Composite Stalker the trigger pull was at 3.5 lbs, not 4.25 - 4.5 lbs as in the site video in the site description. Measured by Lyman 7832248 Electronic Digital Trigger Pull Gauge. After installation Browning AB3 Trigger Spring Kit the trigger pull became 1.4. I shoot at a range and like this trigger very much now. Easy install. Last week I have hunted Russian Boar and get him down with one shot. This is a great product. Thank you Mcarbo great company.
Five stars all around! Looking to upgrade your trigger with less tension then I highly recommend this product. Watched the installation video about 3 times and jumped right in. I was done in 15 minutes! The difference between factory installed spring and the "kit" spring are night and day! All for the better!

Shipping was super fast, installation video very detailed, and only took me about 20 minutes to complete. Worked exactly as video indicated, reduced trigger pull from ~4.5lbs to ~2.5lbs, and was very happy with performance on the range!
This spring does exactly what it's advertised to do. It reduced my trigger pull by 50%. Installation time was less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this product & customer service was excellent as well.
I am no gun smith but after viewing the video supplied, I was able to re/re the new spring into my rifle....I dont have a weight measuring tool but the pull is definitely lighter. Very happy with with the service from Mcarbo...will use them again in the future. Happy Canuk Michael Currie
My factory trigger was 2.75# which isn’t terrible compared to the older models but this spring kit took it down to 1.75# which is great, nice easy upgrade kit.
Works exactly as expected. Literally took 10 min to break the rifle down, remove old spring, install the new spring, reassemble and adjust the trigger. Used a flat head screwdriver and some shop tweezers instead of needle nose pliers like it shows in the youtube video. $19 upgrade with shipping. Cheap (price, not quality) Easy (10 min with no special tools).
I am super happy with the results of the trigger on my AB3 now. It took my rifle from just over 5lbs of trigger pull to 3lbs and a couples ounces. The rifle drives tacks now. I will be buying more spring kits in the near future from mcarbo.com Great work guys!
The difference after changing the spring and adjusting the travel is amazing. AB3 feels like a Sako at a quarter of the price. Found the allen key a bit tight so used a 1.25mm which did the trick.
This was one of the easiest things to do. It took maybe 15 minutes and the trigger is fabulous. It feels about 2 pounds comparing to some of my friend’s rifles. It is so much better than the factory seer spring. My AB3 doesn’t have a hex bolt (best I can tell) to adjust with the Allen wrench - but I don’t mind the current travel.
Video helped a lot and made install a breeze!
