Submitting "only" 4-star rating because I have yet to fire my AB3 .300 WINMAG with new spring, but may increase to 5 if firing/hunt goes well. As my Title implies, care handling both factory and new spring are imperative - though neither "lethal", their tendency to jump out of control (and view) MUST be controlled! Despite my apparent clumsiness, successfully installed new spring, adjusted trigger/safety correctly - and reduced trigger pull weight from 3.5 to 2 pounds - without "shooting my eye out" ! STRONGLY recommend small tools be used in installation; pay close attention to MCarbo video. - Jeff

You've made this quadriplegic's day. I'd give you two thumbs up for your AB3 spring if I could, but my fingers are jacked. Anyway, the trigger on that rifle was too heavy for my liking. So heavy I chose not to hunt with it this past season. Replacing the original spring with yours, has made it perfect; about 1.5 lbs. I wish I would've found your website sooner. Take your time with the install. Watch the video! I used a flat Jewelers screwdriver to compress and remove factory spring. After spring removal do not touch or play with sear as it will drop out of place! FYI, I called Browning and was told to torque AB3 action screws to 40 inch pounds. Good to know and share! My AB3 is in 270 WSM. Several AB3 reviews say the AB3 bolt is rough. Because of that I almost passed ordering one. But my bolt is slick! Truth is the AB3 factory trigger pull is pretty darn good. I was concerned the M.Carbo spring would be too light? But it's not and this MOD should contribute to better trigger control and accuracy.
I received my trigger for my Browning AB3 7mm REM Mag. It was a quick and easy install and did lighten my trigger. I would purchase again.

First of all its great that MCarbo provides such a niche product like this when so many others do not. The spring kit installation video was very good quality, to the point. Thank you to the entire team at M-Carbo. The AB 3 trigger spring and enclosed Allen tool worked the first time, as promised, and the installation was a breeze watching the you tube video. I will be back for more parts as I need them.
After watching the installation video, it took me less than 10 minutes from start to finish to remove the original spring and install the new spring and adjust the pre-travel. The trigger pull dropped from 4.75lbs to 2.5lbs. Quick fix to a heavy trigger.
I meant to also add very quick to ship and received it quickly.
It took me forever to put the spring in, also I shot the spring into the carpet, but I'm sure it was my inexperience that caused the trouble. It was tough to find anything out there for the AB3, I'm glad I found this. The new pull is so much easier!
The rifle had 4.7 and after installing the small spring it has 2.6 +/-. Not where I like a trigger at all. Thinking about clipping a couple of turns off the spring to shorten it. Somewhere there should be an assortment of small springs for a guy to choose from. The videos are really nice and informative. Big Jim
I just installed this spring in my rifle which did what it's supposed to (lighter pull). The Allen key on the other hand is useless. It's the wrong size, too small. Even in the video on how to install the spring and adjust the travel you can see the guy turning and turning and turning but nothing is actually adjusting. In fact it would only take half a turn with the right size Allen.
Very easy installation! Cut my trigger pull down to half just like the video said it would when I was doing research.
