Great solution much better gun
A must have for an sub 2000 owner.

fits perfect, looks and feels great, serves its purpose.
Before this, every cycle seem to pinch and pull facial hair. No more. Pads against bolt action. Would recommend lubrication for install.
Getting this thing on is easy and your beard will thank you for it, but be mindful of its combination with other parts like the stock buffer pad. Having this on will force your length of pull to be 14 inches. You will have to cut it to shorten the length of pull but the buffer pad demands the stock be extended fully.

I purchased and installed several items from MCARBO at the same time, the difference from stock was night and day. With that said, if money is an issue and you can only have one upgrade I would say this is a solid choice. Very easy to install and it makes a day at the range ten times better.

No more pulling the hair out of my face when putting my cheek on the buffer tube and pulling several quick successive shots! I love it!
Works well, looks good. Only down side is you will be forced to either trim the rubber, the top of your butt stock, or have the rubber bunch up if you want to set the butt stock any closer than the longest position available, seeing as the rubber is the full length of the tube
1. If you dont like the feeling of cold steel against your face, get this! 2. If you have ANY facial hair, get this! 3. If you have a Sub2k, you need this 10/10
It definitely did the trick. Fit well. Feels great. They should come stock on the carbine. Customer service was 5 star.
