Great modification to safely decrease trigger pull, just installed one of these springs in a customers XBOLT original pull weight was 2.9 lbs,after installation 1.9 lbs
I picked up this spring to hopefully reduce the trigger pull on my Browning X-Bolt in 26 Nosler. This spring worked as advertised and did reduce the pull by about 50%. The bad news is my particular trigger was so heavy (7.5lbs) that 50% off that is not quite enough. I new it was a bit of a gamble, but for a few bucks, it's worth a try. I also picked one of these up for a Tikka T3 and got amazing results! The trigger pull on that one ended up less than two pounds.

Great product. My trigger is now a crisp 2 lbs. Shipping was fast and shipping cost was acceptable. There is another way to remove the old spring without damaging it. Simply remove the trigger assembly from the chamber by pushing out the 2 pins that attach the assembly to the chamber. This will give you better access to the old spring and you can then push the spring up and lift it away from the tab. It only takes a few extra minutes and its easier. Stock spring saved. Not that you will ever want it after using the new spring haha.

Got the kit really quick and installed it just like the video showed. Took my trigger down to 2.5 pounds. What an improvement for $13 and about 10 minutes of time!

I was having a difficult time removing the old spring, so I went to the reviews and looked up how others did it. thanks so much to the guys that came up with using a bent paper clip, 30 seconds later it was out. the old trigger pull was just over 3 1/2 pounds now its just under 2 1/2 . great product !!!
Shipping was fast. Installed the spring in my Browning X bolt today. Hardest part was getting the factory spring out, but everything went smoothly. The video was a big help. The lowest the factory trigger would go was 3.25 lbs. After installing the M*CARBO spring I was able to get a very crisp 2.0 lbs. Outstanding!!!
