Watched the video and got the spring, although getting my old spring out was not as easy as shown, I got it out and have my new spring in, which performs great , now have a 2.5 pull instead of just under 4 as the best I could get. the trigger now performs like Browning claimed it would do in the first place , so I say great product
I recently bought a X-bolt western hunter. The same day I ordered the rifle, I ordered this spring. As soon as the rifle came in I cleaned it, checked the trigger pull (stock isn't that bad), and replaced the trigger spring with this unit. Trigger is just as awesome as the one I put on my first X-bolt a couple years ago. Keep up the good work!

So I received my new trigger spring in about a week from outer date. Not bad for timing considering it was Easter weekend. I was nervous about installing it on my fairly new .300 Win Mag. Knowing Chris was an ex forces member I knew that I just had to follow the instructional video and have faith. The new trigger is a dream. Being that a .300 Win Mag has so much recoil, a heavy trigger will throw your aim off if you’re not willing to take the beating. The trigger is like butter now. I’m very impressed.
Great product. Easy to install and dropped my factory x bolt trigger from 3.5lbs to 2lbs. Would use again without hesitation.
Trigger spring works as planned!! Be persistent and calm when removing the factory spring.
I received my new spring amd sense I had already watched the install video I had it installed and tested in less than an hour after it arrived. What a difference the trigger on my Browning was great before but to heavy. After it broke at 1.5lbs with no takeup just a crisp clean break. I'm headed to the range later today.
Really liked how the factory trigger works, except, for the pull weight to make it break. Mine definitely wasn’t a featherweight. Adjusted it low as possible, no help.. Decided to try MCarbo spring first before replacing trigger with a Timney. Very happy I did. I gave up on trying to save factory spring during install. Just ripped that dude out. Inserted new spring, loctited screw and left about 3 threads showing. Perfect. Could not be happier with results. 2lb trigger for under $20 additional cost. Have replaced springs in other guns with little to no improvement. This one worked out great in my x bolt.
Very happy with the replacement trigger spring for the X-bolt. Noticeable improvement over the factor trigger. Great video tutorial to walk you through installation.
Love everything about the X-bolt except how heavy the trigger was. Installing this spring was easy. When I screwed the tension screw down to two threads showing as recommended, my pull was about 4 lbs. Backed it out quite a ways and I'm at about 2.5 lbs now and happy with it. Would recommend
Used the old method of install that requires very little tear down, using a small precision flat head screwdriver and a pick I was able to remove the original screw after a few minutes and the new setup seems good.
This is worth the money and some...huge difference for long range accuracy. Video made it easy to install. The customer service was great...better than expected! Will definitely do more business with this outfit.
Installed this replacement spring in a customer's X-Bolt and got and instant reduction in trigger weight. Cut the pull in half and put it exactly where the customer wanted it. I'll be back!!
Trigger spring works great. Lightens trigger pull weight for sure. Install and directions were super easy
