Exactly as advertised. Trigger pull went from 4 lbs 2 oz to about 2lbs 10 oz. Amazing ,and economical fix. Tutorial was very helpful and I recommend watching it. Great Product!!!!
Easy to install and what a difference it made! Great service and fast shipping buy with confidence!
Product arrived quickly. It was packaged adequately. Install was straightforward. The trigger is much nicer to use now.
Bought this trigger spring to reduce weight of pull on my Hells Canyon LR, it was 3.25LB with factory trigger spring, after in installing mcarbo spring it was day and night difference, trigger now 1.8LB and I'm ecstatic with the results, very highly recommended upgrade.
I have a Browning Hells Canyon LR in 6.5CM. Watching the youtube video on how to change out the x bolt spring made the swap a snap. Trigger is set at 2.5lbs and is absolutely fantastic. I recommend anyone looking to improve their trigger to buy MCarbo with confidence.
Replaced factory trigger spring in 3 Browning Xbolt Hells Canyon Long Range rifles that my son, nephew and I are taking with us on Montana elk trip in November. Got a nice crisp trigger pull at less than 2lbs and tightened up shot groups for all shooters at 200yrds. Now we just need a longer range. Thanks for the product, install videos and fast shipping. All performed flawlessly. Keep up the good work! As an ex Ranger (1/75) and SF (5th) guy I love supporting a veteran business. Thank you for personally serving and for offering our vet brothers and police discounts that respect their service. M*CARBO Top Notch Products!
The new video posted in the files about removing the trigger group from the rifle makes this swap super simple. I would say that as long as the person has a basic knowledge of triggers they could do this provided they have all the needed tools. After the swap the trigger has a notable reduction in pull weight. I do not have a trigger pull gauge but the reduction is easy noticed.
I watched the video. I then followed the instructions. The spring was easier to remove than related info. I screwed the set screw in about three turns. The trigger is about half the pull weight. Sorry I don’t have a scale. Last, five star because it works great and the price.
My pull started out at 4.3 got it down to 3.4 not great but it's better. Advise for removal of the old spring is to compress it from the top with a little screw driver and remove it as per video instructions. This way you won't ruin the factory screw.
Easy install. Lowered my pull weight almost a pound. Would buy again. Thanks, Rob
Took me a few minutes to remove stock spring. Can reuse if needed. Ended up setting at 2.4 lb. Was over 4 before Would recommend to anyone wanting to improve trigger pull.
Great product, didn't measure with a gauge, but can tell the difference. The video doesn't show you taking out the screw retaining the spring, but it shows going in, so take it out.
From purchase through install to a 2.5lb trigger it was a great experience! My xbolt trigger would measure off by a half a pound. Just wouldn’t stay consistent. I watched the install video before purchase. A great selling feature! Said to myself for the cost I can’t go wrong. So when my football team was getting the crap kicked out of them. The baseball team was kicking the crap out of their opponent. 40 minutes to gather tools, follow the video, measure 10 2.5 lb trigger pulls after install and clean up!
The lowest I could get with the factory spring was 3.5# - and that was with the set screw backed out more than I was comfortable with. Replaced with this spring and got trigger down to a consistent 2.5-2.6#.
