Ordered the spring, and it arrived super fast. Simple install, and it’s made a significant difference in making tighter groups with my 455. Highly recommended!
The spring does exactly what they say it will do. The video made installation a breeze. I think an even lighter spring could be useful for those of us that use these guns in a non hunting environment. I'm very happy with my purchase.
It made my Brno .22 into a dream to shoot. I give it to a twelve yo who had never shot before achieve a 10 round 1 inch grouping after only firing 20 rounds through it. Have ordered more springs to do my cz .17hmr and my son's cz.22 scout
Awesome result simple install I got 1.5 lb. pull huge difference from stock
I have shot rimfire and centerfire for fun and in competition for over thirty-five years. Most of my successful guns where custom built by top rated gunsmiths or assembled from high end parts by myself. I am late to the party as they say to this CZ phenomenon. I had assembled a small cache of CZ's, a centerfire 527 in Ruger 204, and two rimfire 452's, one 22 LR varmint and a 17 HMR varmint. I had shot both 452's factory stock with the exception of lapping the bore when I first obtained them, both where dead nuts accurate. Our sportsman's club started a mini 1/5sc. NRA/IHMSA Metallic Silhouette Targets match for small bore rifles. Since the requirements where solid bullets (no frangible bullets) I thought the 452 22 LR varmint would be fun to shoot. As expected the first match brought out all the Anschutz, Walthers, Ruger 77/22's, tons of custom 10/22's, and numerous one off custom bolt guns in the $3K -$5K range. I shot the first match with factory trigger pull of approximately 2Lb 12 Oz to 2 Lb 14 Oz. Finished tied for third only four points out of second. Before the second match I did a little surgery on the factory trigger spring clipping a couple of coils to get the pull weight down about one pound. Took second place and was knocking on first place by five points. Didn't think the factory spring could be further modified with out it becoming to short so I ordered the M*CARBO CZ 452/455 spring kit. Initially I was getting trigger pull readings in the 10-12 Oz range. Although I couldn't force the trigger to fire at the low range I adjusted it to an even 1 Lb pull. That and the change to Federal Ultra Match ammo and I was able to take first place. The little CZ was great fun to shoot before but now it's just a matter of lining up the crosshairs, wait for in between heart beats, and slightest of pressure on the trigger and the little silhouettes go flying.
Was impressed with the change a single spring could make. I highly recommend.
This little spring, and it's ease of installation, makes all the difference in grouping. My trigger went from 2.85lb to 1.5lb and everything got tighter on my targets.
Simple installation. My CZ 452 limited edition went from 3.5 pounds to 1.5. I was skeptical but it actually works.
Great quick and simple mod that provides instant results safely. I'm going to try and put Mcarbo products in every I can. Keep it up!
Cut my pull in half. Manual trigger test showed just under 2 lbs.
Amazing what such a little spring can do for a rifle. Took what was already a nice crisp trigger pull and dropped it significantly. Can't wait to see what kind of groupings I can get now.
Sono soddisfatto del prodotto acquistato e sono felicissimo di far parte di M-CARBO sono anche io un militare e aver contribuito alla vostra causa mi rende felice. Io ho lavorato molte volte con american soldier per questo motivo vi considero fratelli.
Reduced the trigger pull from 4 pounds to 2 pounds...did not get a chance to fire it yet but the difference in the trigger is amazing.....and very fast shipping.
This was a nice upgrade to an already very nice gun. I can't imagine you'd want to have a trigger pull any less than this. Apart from the exceptional product the service was amazing, too. Thanks guys.
I have two CZ455 rifles, one I bought new and the other second hand. The second hand rifle had an extremely light trigger... light enough that it seldom got used because it seemed dangerous. I took both apart to see what the difference was and found that a previous owner had put in a very light spring. Likely a spring from a ballpoint pen. My M*Carbo spring kit arrived in just a few days, and it took minutes to swap out. Haven't been to the range yet to try, but it now has a far better feel to it. Thanks!
Ordered the trigger spring kit for my CZ 455. Service, shipping and follow up were the best I have ever had on internet orders. The installation video was very helpful. I had no trouble installing the part. The best part was when I started to win some shots at our indoor meet last night. I am very pleased.
