This is the best kit you can get to fix the hard trigger pull of the savage not only is the product great the customer service that they have is by far the best I have ever received from any company I highly recommend them for anything you may need
I've installed two of these in some discounted Axis models I own. They really do make a big difference. Installation is simple and I haven't had any reliability problems. Great job MCARBO. Would love it if you made a 93R17 kit as those triggers are terrible.
I believe you should also include the washers, it takes up lot of horizontal movement in the trigger.
Just as described, install was as simple as it gets. Trigger pull is night and day compared to factory and the slop is gone with the added spacers in the kit. Awesome product

Picked my 6.5 Rifle up at a local store took it out to the Range shot a few rounds thru it, packed up and when home picked up my laptop and pulled up Mcarbo checked out the video and ordered, got my other in before they said I would be getting it. Took it straight to the workbench “very easy to install anyone can install after watching the video “ I couldn’t believe the deferents it made it even tightened up my grouping! thank you for your products.
With two Savage Axis 6.5mm Creedmoor rifles, I needed to reduce the trigger pulls to make them viable hunters. I called and talked with the brother pros and installed them per the video. One breaks now at 2 1/4lbs. The other breaks at 2 Lbs. 7ounces! These are not my first kits from MCARBO and they are certainly not my last! Thanks for a superior product and wonderful support of your products!
For the money and fast service you cant beat this spring job.It has a smooth trigger pull and no side to side wobble any more.If this is what you are looking for,then this kit will take care of it for you. I will recommend it to my savage toten brothers.
Last year I purchased this kit for a Savage Axis 6.5 CM. What a difference it made! This year I purchased the same gun chambered in 25-06. Again, purchased this kit for it. I noticed that Savage had learned about the trigger play happening from prior years. This new Savage had no trigger play(the side to side movement). I was only able to get one shim in. Used the grease, great grease, by the way. I think Savage tightened its tolerances. Maybe it’s a fluke? Anyway, love your product! Love supporting Veterans! Love supporting America!! Keep up the great products!! EJ PS. I wish the 2.5 lb trigger spring was available when I did my first gun. That 1 lb difference is amazing in the new gun.

This simple inexpensive kit provides a major upgrade to this rifle. The customer service was great and the video made installation easy. I will definitely order from these folks again.
Greatly improves the savage axis trigger, and trigger wobble. Would be 5 stars if they lowered the price a bit.
I just installed the Savage Pro trigger system in my 300 backout Axis. The weapon was at 2.5 lbs at the start. I went with 1.5 lb spring. I also installed trigger shims. The whole install maybe took 30 minutes to complete. Most time spend putting shims in with big hands. When done I have 1.5 lb trigger and feels great. I highly recommend this system. Great job M CARBO. Great product and fast shipping. I'm sure I will be using you in the future. As a vet it is great to do business with another vet, keep up the great job.
