I now have two of these kits. One on my .308 and one on my 25-06. They are amazing! Best money you can spend for a trigger upgrade. I like the carbo upgraded triggers better than the Axis II triggers.

I generally don't write an online review unless I'm very happy or very displeased. In this case, I'm thrilled. I purchased a Savage AXIS Pro Trigger Kit. The website descripton was excellent, and being able to watch the installation video prior to purchase sealed the deal. My kit arrived in three days. Installation was exactly like the video. My most time consuming element was removing the factory "seal" material in the overtravel screw hole. I dug most of it out with an o-ring pick, and then chased the rest of it out with the overtravel screw from the opposite side. The trigger is now amazing. I cannot believe the difference. I wish I had done it a year ago. You guys have a great product, and I believe your business is "Top Shelf." Count me in!
Super easy install and parts fit perfectly. Reduced side to side trigger wobble and made the trigger over 50% lighter on the pull. Can't wait to use it on my African safari hunt. Great product and looking forward to buying more products to upgrade other weapons.
Bought a budget Savage Axis in 270. Trigger is pretty bad. Did not want to spend as much on a drop in trigger as the gun cost. Removed the trigger, did a polish job to remove the grainy feel. Replace the factory spring with the 2 1/2 lb spring and also installed the shims from the kit. The trigger is now very bit as good as a high end Timber trigger at fraction of the cost. Set up for bench shooting. If I ever decide to take hunting I will swap out to the 3 1/2 lb spring from the kit. Very easy process. Awesome product, fast shipping and great price. Will definitely buy from MCARBO again.

I have no experience messing with rifles... the YouTube video makes it so easy to install. I installed in less than 30 minutes and that included me spending a lot of time checking out how things work inside the gun. I will definitely buy this for any Savage axis I ever buy. The stock trigger pull is ridiculous. This makes it very comfortable to shoot. Installed in a youth model axis .243 for my daughter, she loves it.

Awesome trigger kit. I ordered this for my 6.5 creedmoor. Install time.. Less than 5 minutes. Makes for a nice clean, crisp trigger with no creep! I also polished the trigger contact surfaces. Made my trigger less than 3lbs! Awesome product guys! Will buy again!
I've spent alot more tha $20 on trigger kits on my other rifles with far less quality results. It dramatically reduced the trigger poundage as well as the side to side slop. I always like supporting veteran owned companies as I am a combat vet myself. Sappers Clear the way!
I bought a Savage Axis 308 just to have for a truck gun, and if it got a little dinged up for the price I would be fine. I knew right away the trigger needed help it was 6&1/2 lbs out of the box. I started searching and found M-Carbo and the video they have is simple and easy and a quick fix. I called ordered the trigger spring kit and changed mine out in mere minutes. I am at 2&1/2 lbs now for a mere $20.00 bucks! I thank you guys for that, a CMC trigger is $185.00 .I want to think you guys for the kit, and speedy delivery, I have cut my MOA way down at 100 yards most bullets are touching each other. Purchased this kit to relieve the excessive amount of trigger pull on a new Savage Axis bolt action in 6.5 Creedmore that I had purchased. After watching the video it took me all of 10 minutes to install the kit and the results were amazing. Highly recommend this kit to adjust trigger pull to a workable amount.
