Trigger kit arrived promptly during a pandemic as well. I watched a couple install videos ahead of time and reviewed one as I installed the trigger kit.No problems. Took the rifle to the range and was very happy with the upgraded trigger pull and that awful sideways movement of the trigger is much much better.I will recommend this kit to others.
Very simple easy kit to install and did EXACTLY what it says it will. Took up all side to side movement of the trigger, has a significantly lighter trigger pull and with the screw I was able to take out all slack and over travel so you are always on the wall of the trigger.
I am a professional game call builder and live in upstate NY. As an avid predator hunter our coyote population is extremely illusive and hard to capture good quality video of while we are calling. The Savage axis trigger kit installation was a simple, affordable amendment to my rifle, and helped build confidence for those down range shots.

I bought this upgrade kit for the Youth .243 I got for my son, I just wish getting ammo for it was that easy! But what an improvement in the trigger pull, he was having an issue with accuracy with the stock trigger because it was so hard to pull. But now it's clean, crisp and light. Thank you far an awesome fix!
The ease of installation is nothing compared to the feel of the stock trigger once completed. Once installed, the Axis pro trigger kit gives you a trigger that is easily comparable to triggers on higher end guns! And the price....can't be beat! A+ M-CARBO.....job well done!
I got my savage axis for 175 on a clearance at box store, trigger was terrible ( gritty, heavy, lots of over travel, wobbled laterally left and right) so I looked at kits. I couldn’t justify spending 200 on a drop on kit, so this looked like a good deal. Install took 15 minutes and there was a good YouTube video link. Tools were very common screwdriver and an Allen head set. Weight of Trigger went from about 6 lbs with lots of over travel to about 3.5 with minor over travel. I drop tested it from various heights of up to 6 feet and had no issues so I’m very happy.
Install went as easy as the video showed. Trigger is much better now!
Purchased the Mcarbo Savage Axis pro trigger kit for my grandson's Savage Axis compact rifle. Nice starter rifle but the heavy lawerproof trigger pull will prevent getting good accurcy . It was easy to install in a few minutes. Used the 3.5# spring . Reduced trigger pull from 6 1/2# to 3#. Perfect.
Works great! Made a new gun out of it.

swapped out the stiff, (6 lb) trigger spring and now have a very smooth (2 lb) trigger! great instruction video and easy to swap out....just with they would add a very small tube of blue loctite and save a trip to the auto parts store
I installed the Savage axis trigger pull kit in my brand new 22 250 and brought my pull down from 7.75 lbs to a smooth3.3 lbs reducing my MOA in half! Great product well made as is everything I have purchased fro M Carbo. Thanks Brothers, keep up the great work!
Best $20 trigger upgrade you can get! Axis went from ok to 1/2'' MOA after installing this kit.
I bought this trigger upgrade for a Savage Axis rifle after seeing the video on the internet, I was a little sceptical, but thought the price was nice, I received the product in a couple of days, installed it in a few minutes cause I had watched the video several times in anticipation, took it to the range and was happily surprised, my buddies were also surprised and may have me ordering one for each them. The pull on the trigger was a lot less and the smoothness without the side to side made it awesome to shoot. Thank you to all the brothers at MCarbo, great products
I installed the kit in my new Savage Axis XP .308 which came with two springs one which was supposed to be 3.5lbs and one which was 2.5lbs. I was looking for a light trigger so I installed the 2.5lb spring. When I tested it, it pulled at 1.25 to 1.5 lbs. That was a little light. I didn't want t trigger that would go off if I sneezed on it. I installed the 3.5lb spring in its place and it pulled at 2lbs. That again was a little light. I gave the spring a little stretch and it pulled at 2.5lbs. This felt a little light as I was looking for closer to 3lbs. I aggressively drop checked the gun to see if it would set off the trigger and no amount of bouncing would budge it. I took it to the range this weekend and put 60 rounds through it to sight in the new scope and have some fun. I decided then that I didn't need to do anything further to the trigger as it is right where I like it. Normally, I would knock it down a star for the lighter than labeled springs but the ease of installing the kit multiple times in my Savage Axis as well as the responsiveness from Matt in Tech Support made me a fan of the kit and company.
