Installation of this is a breeze - when you open up the buffer tube you just slide this over the recoil spring. The difference may not be night and day alone, but if you get this in conjunction with other recoil reducing parts it will be night and day.
One simple accessory to reduce the recoil sharpness. I have about 1400 rounds on mine and other than it looking a bit dirty it's holding up perfectly.
If you are pulling apart your keltec sub2000 for any reason might as well throw one of these on to reduce felt recoil. Do it.
MCarbo does it again. $10 and your recoil is noticeably less.
Super easy to install and really does help reduce felt recoil.
Well, it does what it says. Really helps lessen felt recoil
Just picked this up a few weeks ago and have now put about 200 rounds through the 9mm sub2k. This thing does make a noticeable difference in recoil feel as well as makes the gun more fun to shoot and more accurate on re aligning. Well worth it!
This gun isn’t a heavy recoil gun to begin with, but this makes a positive difference.
If you know how to disassemble your sub, this should take less than a minute. Went in easy and works great. These things have such little recoil, I would do anything to make it even less. Pairs nicely with the recoiless charging handle as well!
installation was easy, MY sub 2000 locks to the rear and there is a small but noticeable recoil reduction. the weighted bolt hits a very hard plastic buffer so this high grade gasket buffer works well. I got two just in case and cause they're so cheap!. I have yet to determine how long these buffer will last before wearing thin or breaking, I put 100 rounds through and no issue and the buffer doeskin seems chewed up so good good
The recoil shock buffer is easy to install and works! I have no clue what the actual reduction in felt recoil or "recovery to back on target" improvement might be, but improvements there are! Increase your enjoyment and improve your results for just a few bucks! Go for it
This little baby is just the ticket to help soften up felt recoil from your Sub2000. Plus, it helps keep the internals from getting beaten up.
There's not a lot to say other than what is presented already, but this upgrade was simple, straightforward, and mechanically effective. I admire great American companies like M-CARBO. Keep up the excellent work.
Easy install, it does require a little more effort to lock back the bolt
The buffer dropped in to my sub-2000 gen 2 as advertised. The gun was never really recoil heavy but I could tell the recoil it had all came from the hard metal to plastic contact. This rubber buffer greatly reduced the amount of felt recoil. For the price you can't go wrong.
