Awesome product, awesome results and awesome company. Trigger is light and smooth now. Installation was easy enough, not to mention MCARBO has the instructions on their YouTube you can follow along to.
Installed in a TC compass utility .243. Trigger was the worst thing about the gun. Now much lighter and predictable. Worth every penny
10-15 min with some simple tools makes a world of difference in the TC compass.
The trigger that came on my compass was so bad you almost had to get a running start to fire it. The spring kit I got has it down to below 2 pounds. It’s one of the best triggers I have now. Best 20 dollars I could have spent
Installed this trigger with the youtube video, couldn't be happier! Huge improvement over the post recall trigger using the hunter spring.
Product came (surprisingly fast) packed well. Installed easily, and even came with 2 different springs 1 for hunting and 1 for target. Im using mine for both so i went ahead and put the target spring in. Trigger felt great. You could probably make this trigger a "hair trigger" with some polishing but i deemed it unnecessary in my case. Best upgrade to the tc compass.

What can I say. You order the parts, receive them quickly, watch the how to video, follow along and when your done you have a light crisp trigger pull. Easy peasee lemon squeezee. Makes my rifle more enjoyable to shoot. I'll be getting another kit when I get my next rifle in .223.
The spring kit works great, major difference in the trigger pull! MCARBO's service was top notch, and the installation video was a massive help for a novice gun dude like me. Couldn't have gone any smoother!

I installed this on my brothers Compass. Very simple install and what a difference! I went with the benchrest spring, him and I were both impressed with the improvement! I saw the mcarbo site on youtube and ordered this spring kit because of it. I live in Australia, so took 2-3 weeks to arrive. I think that's fair enough for standard international postage, and besides, it was really worth the wait. I used the spring marked for hunting, and the difference in the trigger pull is huge. I don't have a gauge to measure it accurately, but its gone from dragging a brick across the bench to feather weight. Extremely simple to install. Watch the vid on the youtube site first, and no problem. Cant wait to work up some handloads with this new feather weight mcarbo spring.
First watch the install video. Installation is simple. The results were outstanding. I installed the hunting mainspring. I'm going to reinstall it with the bench rest spring. Can't be happier with this product. It makes the compass a real tactical-class rifle.
TC Compass is a very good basic rifle. But for a truly amazing rifle this spring kit is a must have item. Thank you M*CARBO for engineering and your dedication to U.S. service personnel, both Military and Civil alike.
Could not turn down the price of the T/C Compass Combo. Immediately removed the China 3-9x40 glass & mounted a Leupold 4.5-14x40 CDS Wind-Plex. The trigger scaled at a heavy 5 lb 4 oz. After installing the M*Carbo Trigger Spring Kit it brought my break down to 3 lb 2 oz. with zero travel. I expect it to lighted up a bit after I few more rounds. Easy install thanks to the great video. Super fast service!
This is hands down the best upgrade I've made to any of my rifles, and by far the cheapest. These guys killed it with the spring rates. The trigger is light, crisp, and consistent,and has zero overtravel. Further, I want to note how dang helpful it is that they make full, detailed, install videos for their products. Well done. There was no detail of the install left out, and even goes as far to detail the points of install we all wonder, but noone ever talks about (most notably, pointing out that both screws and pins are universal, so you don't need to worry about mixing them up). Listen, we have ALL taken things apart, only to wonder when putting back together which side gets the shorter screw. Thanks guys for your service and great work, I will for sure be back for more!
