Installation was easy and it made a noticable difference in trigger pull. I estimate trigger pull went from around 7lbs to around 5-5.5;.after the spring installation.
What a wonderful improvement. Groups are tighter than ever. Crisp feel, no grind, no sticky feel. Least expensive way to make a Mini better.
Just installed my new MCARBO Mini 14 Trigger Spring. . .along with smoothing and polishing the sear engagement surfaces to a glass slick mirror finish my 580 series Mini trigger is breaking at a consistent 3.6 lbs! I could not be happier! I added a new Wolf hammer spring and shaved a few thousands of a second off the lock time while I was updating my trigger group as well. . . SWEET! VERY . . .VERY. . .IMPRESSED SIR! THANKS A MILLION FOR THIS AWESOME UPGRADE! - D :)?
Easy install to reduce trigger pull Also added some trigger shims With this spring and made one smooth Trigger pull! Did this on a new mini 14 that had A very gritty trigger from the factory. Mcarbo shipped very quick too!
I installed the spring on my mini 14 and it has differently improved the trigger pull. Looking forward to taking it to the range. I would highly recommend this spring to anyone, that is looking to improve the Ruger’s factory trigger. Easy to install, ships fast and very pleased.
Changed sear spring on my mini 14,helped with trigger weight,but experienced problems with trigger reset.reinstalled original
Just finished replacing the sear springs on my Mini 14 and Mini 30 with the MCarbo replacement springs. Needless to say the resultant change in the trigger pull is nothing short of stunning. I was done with the entire job in 25 mins thanks to the MCARBO instructional video. Thanks for the great service.
Really liked the video on You Tube showing step by step instructions. It was easy and straightforward. My mini now has the Accu Strut, the lighter spring and I had the whole gun chrome plated with a satin chrome that is so slick nothing sticks to it. I love my old mini once again. Trigger spring really helped.
Just finished the very simple installation 20 minutes start to finish, measured trigger pull with a Wheeler Digital Trigger scale and used a 3 pull average for results, Before M*Carbo my Trigger measured 4lbs. 11.4 ounces average, After the M*Carbo Kit installation Trigger pull was much smoother with crystal break and 3lbs. 4.7 ounces. Once again Thanks M*Carbo for a great product.
Not much in this world can be improved for $12.99. This spring will do it. Watch M*CARBO video, a must. If your trigger falls apart during installation there are many excellent YouTube videos to help you out. I have worked on lots of guns and nothing needs to be forced. Take your time and use your brain not a hammer. I have used Mossberg 500, Ruger 10/22 and the Mini 14 Kits. Thanks, M*CARBO
I installed the Mini 14 spring kit about 2 weeks ago. I tested the trigger pull stock and it was 6 lb 10 oz. That was the average of three pulls. After the spring kit the trigger pull was 5 lb 2 oz .. again the average of three pulls. This is the 3rd rifle (and 1 shotgun) I've done with MCARBO spring kits and I am very pleased with the videos and the results.
Spring fit and worked great and the video on YouTube shows how it is done. Great company will buy from again.

Works as described Trigger pull went from 6lb 13 Oz to 5lb 4.5oz. Easy installation.
This product was delivered promptly. I followed the video and installed the spring with very little effort. I will report back from the range, however I can feel the difference already.
