Just installed my second Mini 14 trigger spring kit. What a terrific product!
I got an Email from you Monday morning checking to see if my kit arrived. It was in the mail today. After supper I started on it. I tested the trigger weight prior to starting the assembly with the following results: 6 13oz 6 12.8oz 6 10.1oz 5 11.17oz 7 01oz After the spring instillation i tested: 4 15.8oz 4 14.1oz 411.0oz 4 7.7oz Not too shabby! The sear spring gave me fits getting all back in, but once I had all in place and alignment good, no problems. Billy
Installed trigger spring on my old Mini 14. Easy to install. Reduced 7 pound trigger to 4.5 pounds on my Wheeler trigger gauge. Did same to mini 30 last year, same reduction to 4.5 pounds! Get yours now!!!
I have two mini 14 and one mini 30 purchased springs for all three. Shipping was faster than expected . Watched the installation video installed all three in less than 20 minutes. If you own a mini 14 or 30 you will absolutely love this upgrade. Would highly recommend.

Installed the spring kit and went straight out to my range. The trigger felt much cleaner and lighter and bullet placement showed the results. This was a great improvement to my everyday ranch rifle.

This is a must have for the mini thirty it makes that hard gritty trigger that makes you pull off target. In to the crisp mcarbo trigger spring that makes the gun have a crisp trigger pull no more pulling off the target trying to pull the trigger.
The spring is great! Easy to install and did exactly what was described. Trigger pull lbs went from 6 pounds down to about 4-4.25 pounds. Works great exactly what I was looking for!
Updated my rifle with this item and could not be more satisfied. Reduction in pull is now 4.46...well over a pound less that before. Instruction for installation was spot on and took less than 15 minutes.
While there isn't much your average Mini-14 owner can do to the trigger to improve it. This trigger spring is one modification that you can do easily. Having watched the how to video here on the site, I was convinced that I could do it. It actually turned out to be quite easy. The spring works. It did improve the trigger, but don't expect match grade trigger improvements. Considering the cost and improvement, definitely worth the cost and time to install...
The spring was advertised to reduce the pull weight by up to 1lb. At best I got maybe 2 oz. disappointed in the results. I have since sent the trigger group to a gunsmith to have it worked on. The description of the difficulty of putting the trigger back together was not exaggerated. It is extremely difficult to get the trigger spring in the correct position and then install the pin.
