Thanks for this trigger return spring and easy installation. I installed on 2 guns and ended up with 2.5 to 2.75 pound triggers, very happy!

My Ruger American standard trigger was not what I needed because it a 4lb trigger- after adjustment. I got this spring from m carbo that changed the whole feel of the trigger - from 4lbs to 2lbs 4oz. I really appreciated the short video that shows how easy it was to install.

I purchased a Ruger American in .270 this summer and immediately noticed it could benefit from a few upgrades. The first on my list was a trigger spring and since I had excellent results with the MCarbo spring in my Marlin 917V I knew I would go with them again. I was not disappointed and the install was easy. As soon as I installed the spring I took it to the range and noticed a difference in the trigger break point and my ability to hold a tighter group. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to improve their Ruger American.
I purchased 3 of these springs for my Ruger American rifles. I installed 2 in .22 caliber rifles & 1 in my .308. I adjusted the .22's at 1.9 & 2.2 lbs. I adjusted the .308 at 2.8 lb. I also installed shims per instructions from TriggerShims.com. This all made a PERFECT trigger & still adjustable. Very good videos from MCARBO & TriggerShims.com for simple & easy & quick home trigger job. And yes, It passes the drop test!

building a long range 6.5 creedmoor .I wanted to improve the trigger, but didn't want to give up the safety of the factory trigger. Ibought this spring upgrade with little hope that it would get the results I wanted. Was I ever wrong. Pull dropped from 3.4 lbs to 1.78 . This might be the best change to my gun .
Simple install and immediately improved trigger pull reduction. Cheaper than buying a whole new trigger assembly.
Installed on mine and the wife’s Ruger American 22LR Rimfire rifles and got super nice 2LB triggers. Great cost affective safe upgrades to these Target/Hunting rifles. Bill G

This is probably the least expensive/most effective upgrade to the rifle. Don't have a gauge to measure the trigger pull weight but it's noticeably lighter than it was with the stock spring. Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering the purchase. Very pleased with the product and service. The MCARBO installation videos are very thorough and make the process clear to follow; other retailers should take note and follow their lead.
Big improvement over the factory trigger spring. It only took a few minutes to easily install and for the money and time spent its way better than spending 200+ dollars on a lightweight replacement trigger. Follow the video instructions and you'll be good to go.
This is a great product. It dropped the trigger pull from approximately 3.5 lbs to a little over 2lbs on my Ruger American Rimfire Rifle. I will be ordering another spring soon for my Ruger American Rifle in .223. Thanks for a great product with great service.
So, when i ordered this spring wss a little skeptical, as my plan wss to put in a Timney. Before i installed, i tested the trigger at 5 lbs, couldn't believe it wss that high! After installing it, am happy to share with you that the trigger dropped to 2.5lbs. I know the Timney would still be a better option, but for $13.00, you cant go wrong with this! Had to leave screw out a little more than video advised, but thats what Loktite is for! Thanks guys!
