This will not work in my newly purchased Ruger American 22LR. I could swear M*CARBO website says it will work in the Rimfire Model. The area of location isn't threaded, nor has a spring in it. I gave it a 5 because it works so well in my high powered Ruger Americans. I guess I'll just find somebody to give it to.

This easy upgrade by changing the trigger spring will take a crappy trigger and turn it into a half way decent trigger. Definitely not Timney quality but for less than $15.00 is a bargain. Mcarbo always has the parts you need and shipping is quick.

Spring was easy to install. The pull before the mcarbo spring was 4.1lbs smooth but I felt too heavy. After the spring the trigger was a consistent 2.1 to 2.3 LOVE IT NOW. Anyone thinking of possibly doing this ....it is worth the purchase...do it

I installed the Ruger trigger spring in my Ruger Ranch rifle. What a big difference. The trigger pull went from around 4 1/2lbs. to just under 2lbs. I will be telling all my shooting buddies were to by there trigger springs from!!

It only took about 10 minutes. I had a 29% trigger pull reduction. Very happy with the results.
I installed a new spring in 2 different ruger american rifles. In each rifle it dropped about 3/4 lbs. Easy to install and delivery was quick.
I have installed four of these to date. Very easy install but I would recommend polishing out the trigger this will give you the best results. I have tuned triggers 1.5lbs by adding this spring and a good polish. 100% satisfied. Thanks MCARBO!!!!!!!
lowered my trigger from 3.5 to 2.5 and helped with the creep .....good value for the money ....mike
