An easy swap...But be sure to watch the video a time or two before you start. I used the couple of days waiting for delivery to do this. I did the swap out and put rifle back together per video, but my trigger pull was a little more than 2 1/2 lbs. ,so I had to pull the action out again. My hindsight suggestion- after you put the replacement spring in, install the adjustment screw without locktite 242 with 1 thread showing. Now put your bolt back in the action and check your trigger pull (preferably with a gauge) several times until the trigger pull is exactly where you want it. Then measure the amount of exposed thread with a micrometer or I just used an Allen wrench that matched the exposed amount. Now just back the adjustment screw out ,add locktite and retighten to your measured dimension. Check your trigger pull again, and if you are still happy - you can mount it to the stock(60-65 inch-pounds per Ruger)
Put one in each RA. Smooth and light. Most of all, safe!!!! I tried to get the trigger to fail, it won't. Great videos to help you to easily install the springs.
Great product. Easy to install. I don’t have a way to measure it but I credit it with taking a 1/2 in off my group size and stopped my flyers. Very satisfied.
I'm an old shooter and my fingers have stiffened up over the years. All of my firearms have had some trigger work done on them. My American Predator in 223 is no exception. After tinkering with the trigger adjustment screw and getting the pull down to 3 lbs it still wasn't good enough. I bought the MCARBO kit, installed it in 20 minutes and now I have a nice repeatable trigger pull at 2 lbs. Great addition to my varmint shooting. Thanks
Nice and easy install. Cool crisp lighter feel to my trigger now.
With the simple installation of one easy to install spring, the trigger on my rifle is 1 1/2 pound lighter which translates to better accuracy.
i ordered from this company and the best company ever turn around time was amazing i cant wait to install it this weekend
I just pull my Trigger Spring in my Ruger American Rifle it was so easy to put in and it made the Trigger pull so sweet and Awesome. It to the trigger pull from 3 pound down to a 1.89 pound pull. I want thank those guys for making great products. And for the money its the best buy. Thank You All
Great addition to my ruger American rifle. Now I get a better break on every shot. Thanks MCARBO!
Amazing product. Lowered my trigger pull significantly. Trigger feels much lighter and feels more accurate
Fast shipping. Easy install takes the trigger down to about 1.5 to 2 lbs.
Very easy install. Improved pull
I bought a Ruger 350 for my 8yr olds first deer slayer, however the trigger pull was way to hard for him to be accurate. I didn't want to spend the money on a new trigger since I just bought the gun. This trigger spring WAS THE ANSWER! Super easy to install, just keep an eye on the little clip, mine went for a ride. Awesome product@
I live in New Zealand and ordered the Ruger Trigger Spring Kit on Line. It arrived in good time and was easy to fit. There is no deer hunting season in New Zealand so I was able to go out and shoot a couple of deer. One was a 10 point stag. Both shots were difficult and the new trigger worked extremely well. I would recommend this modification to all Ruger users if they want an immediate improvement in their rifles accuracy.
Having installed the p 365 kit and loved it I bought one for my predator and my sons .22lr American. Made both triggers much smoother, pull is noticeably reduced. Easy to install and video is as good as it gets.
Hello all, I installed the trigger spring kit in my Ruger American 308 rifle. I was very impressed that it was just as easy as the video said it would be. All kinds of "At a boy" for the guys/ gals at M-Carbo. I did not get to shot the rifle yet. I'm looking to build the 308 for long distance shooting. Also I did not find anyone with a trigger test gauge yet. So I'm not 100% sure the trigger is set at 2-lbs or less. We'll see... Also the one review I read on here mentioned the trigger shims...I'm doing some checking on that too. Thanks to whom ever added that to the review. I'm giving the trigger spring kit 5 stars!!
