Great product, CA Compliant, and easy installation if you're lucky enough to have your barrel threads align right. A few hints on installation (after you watch the video): 1. You'll need a 13/16" wrench, not a 3/4". Wrap enough tape to get a good seat (painter's tape is best). 2. The new jaw set is too small to allow a full rotation for alignment, that's just too much torque for that small surface area. Regardless, definitely tape your barrel if you want to keep it pretty. 3. At best, I think the jaws are good for about a half turn, so depending what day your barrel was machined, you might end up needing more than that. If so, you may be better off using shims (Amazon has them, just make sure you get the right size). 4. If you're between 1/2 and 3/4 turn to get alignment, try flipping the crush washer, you may gain a quarter turn just doing that (I did). 5. Rocsett or high-temp thread lock is a must. Don't overdo it, just a dab is all you need. Best of Luck!

We used the mini brake as to keep the sub 2000 as light as possible. Make sure you purchase the vise lock barrel holder- it comes cheaper in price if you buy both the brake and vise locks together. Don’t cheap out and not buy the vise barrel holder or you risk damaging your sub 2000. This was so easy to install using the online video installation. Too about 10 minutes from start to finish including putting my tape and tools away.

The hybrid compensator and muzzle brake is a quality addition to my Kel Tec Sub 2000. The price beats all other options I found.
Received the item promptly. Excellent quality and super easy to install. Performs exactly as advertised. Less recoil and easier to keep on target. Highly recommend. This is one bad to the bone muzzle break, you can tell a lot of thought went into building this. I can see me purchasing this for other 9mm firearms.
