After a few thousand rounds the original trigger was better, but I decided to do the Spring kit because I was modifying the stock since my dog chewed on it in the truck. Very noticable difference not as gritty with smooth pull and a little lighter. Glad I did it! The video made installation childs play.
My trigger scale only goes to 8#. The trigger on my HP 1095 was off the scale before and after the new spring kit. I polished all the contact points and sear but there's only so much you can do. I don't fault M Carbo for that but so far, I haven't seen any improvement.
Hi, I finally gor around to installing the new trigger spring for my Hi-Point 4595 Carbine. Fantastic video, really made the job easy and I learned a lot about the 4595 inards. I don't have a trigger scale but I definetly feel a difference in the trigger pull. Thanks.
I wanted this for my Hi Tower Bullpup conversion. Reduced trigger pull by nearly 2lb. made a big difference. The only thing I hate is that you guys are going to bankrupt me with your items. I plan on doing the same to the rest of my guns, thanks.
For a gun everyone hates but loves to shoot the reduced trigger pull is great.
If you are going to upgrade anything on your Hi Point Carbine, make this trigger your first upgrade. Took all the slop out and gave it a nice crisp break. Reduced the trigger pull also. Follow the video, clean and lubricate as you go. Highly recommend.
Great edge on the competition! I never thought I could turn this low rated firearm into a performer that gives the AR platforms a run for the money! They never seen this coming! All I did was polish the internals, install this part, and practice! This made my Hi-Point 995TS perform and beat some of the most expensive ARs in the PCC scene! Awesome job M*CARBO!

This is the 4th trigger spring that I have bought from MCARBO and it is the easiest to install of the previous springs! Watched Chris's installation video and it was spot on! Since I was installing the trigger spring, I also purchased and installed the Recoil Spring and Recoil Spring Guide and did a three-fer. Since there is a fair amount of linkage involved in the trigger mechanism, the Hi Point Carbine will never have a "target grade" trigger pull but the Trigger Spring vastly lowered the weight, smoothness, and creep over what was previously in the carbine. 5 Starts for delivery speed, support, and instructions as well!
If you own a Hi-Point Carbine the trigger spring kit is a must have !!!
If you upgraded your Highpoint carbine with the HTA bullpup stock, this is a must have. Don't hesitate
First i'm Fred my wife just did the ordering, anyway the spring worked just as they said. much more enjoyable to shot. I have an older model so the video was off a bit but that said i'm happy.

I replaced the trigger spring in my new 4595TS after one outing with the factory spring... definite improvement in performance! This is an inexpensive, easy to install, upgrade... well worth the time and money!
Recently purchased the spring upgrade kits for my new Hi Point C9 and 995 carbine. Following Chris Nelson's videos I replaced both springs fairly easily (although it never seems to be quite as easy as when he does it). I noticed a much greater improvement in the 995 upgrade than I did with the C9. The trigger pull was much lighter and smoother on the 995. I would highly recommend this spring upgrade.
First off I have my 9mm in a High Tower bull pup stock, right off the bat this means the factory trigger plus a bull pup trigger bar equals mush heaven! Long pull, uneven break, started thinking this was a bad idea. Ordered and installed this spring kit, which their video made super simple, thanks. After installation trigger pull is shorter, lighter with less mush. No 1911 break, closer to Mosin (not Fin), but I didn't expect that either. Good quality, fast shipping, easy install. Can't ask for much more than that.
