We installed the sear spring, and it was an easy go, We watched the video several times, and it felt like we knew what we were doing. Also polished a few areas, and that seemed to help smooth the pull. Have to say it made the pull better. Don't have a gauge, but you can tell it's a little lighter and without the drag. Well worth the time and money. The service from these guys was excellent. We highly recommend mcarbo and their parts.
Better trigger pull and control overall.
easy to install but I have to do a little more work on trigger as this carbine of mine had a stock trigger of 14 lbs and with new spring it is 7lb and I would like it to be 5 lb

Definitely made trigger lighter, installed easily with no problems. While installing cleaned, polished, dry lubed trigger parts and contact areas. Doing this made a huge difference!

I purchased this product for my Hi Point 995 carbine. I bought this gun knowing it had a really bad trigger. But overall it fit my needs as a plinker /range gun(I don’t hunt and I’m too old to go to war). The more I used the gun the more I didn’t like the trigger pull. Anyway I stumbled onto this web site and figured , I have nothing to lose by trying to upgrade the trigger spring. Installation was easy via using the video provided. I can honestly say that the difference is like night and day. Much easier trigger pull. I like my 995 a lot better now! I highly recommend this product. Also the product was shipped in a very timely manner.
After good experience with some other Mcarbo items I figured this was a no-brainer. I was disappointed to find that there is no noticeable difference at all. I know this because my sister has a Hi-Point 9mm carbine like mine so I was able to compare the factory original trigger pull with this Mcarbo upgrade side-by-side at the range. I was disappointed to find that I could to tell a difference between the factory original and this one. Both my sister and I found no difference between the factory trigger and the trigger pull after this install and I can only report disappointment. At least it works, so I have the factory original as a backup. And at least it was an easy install.
Customer service was excellent I like dealing with a company that is true to the American way install the spring haven’t taken it out physically shooting it but the spring was a lot lighter I’m sure I will enjoy using it thank you for a good product
Definitely improves the weapon. and it made a deference in my accuracy with a more predictable and lighter trigger pull.

Got this some time ago and had been planning to install when i did the ATI stock and it made a HUGE difference in the trigger pull with nothing more than the spring and some dremel polishing.It easily lightened it by more than half of the original.Its more than worth the time and money.
