I have recently purchased from you a trigger kit for my Ruger Mini 14, was fantastic!, so I purchased a kit for my Mosin, after polish sear and surface on bolt, like video instructed, works great, only gripe i have is the trigger return spring need a lil tweak or redesigned, but happy with product.
Upgraded a Finnish M39 with this kit. The (2) trigger shims were .016 thick ea. Had to sand .006 off each one to make them fit. It took 2 hours of careful sanding. I suggest changing the kit to include (2) .010 & (2) .005 thick shims to allow more options for fitting. This should not make the price of the kit increase too much. The return spring lower leg was too short to rest on the sear spring and had to bend it in to allow it to rest on the sear spring. Upgrade didn't go as smooth as I anticipated.
I just wanted to let you know that this kit did in fact reduce my Mosin Nagant trigger pull from 4 3/4 lbs. to 3 1/2 lbs. I still have good sear to bolt lug contact. My safety cocking lug is still hard as fu## to pull but hey, I’m happy.
Received this kit, it was easy to install, made a world of difference. Less trigger travel with lighter trigger pull.
Replacement parts were easy to replace, and after a little time , there is no play or wobble in the trigger. It is better than what it was new. Nice smooth, light pull. This is my second install, and I am very satisfied with the results.
Very easy to install especially after watching the video. I also purchased the ramp polishing kit and just followed the video on what to polish on the bolt and trigger. The trigger is now very smooth and took off about 2lbs of trigger pull. Very, very satisfied with the results. Army veteran
Great kit with quality parts. Easy Install with the exceptional video. I was able to take the trigger from a 6.5 lb pull to 4.5 and there is no play what so ever. The only thing that could be improved would be a second piece of sandpaper in the kit. Thank you for a great product!!

Used the kit while following their youtube video on how to sand and polish the seer, as well as the install of the return spring. I have no way of measuring before and after trigger pull, but the trigger does now make my 1943 91/30 feel like a modern day rifle. Well worth the small cost of this kit and about 45 minutes of work.
The Mosin trigger kit is a is definitely a worthwhile investment. The trigger pull on my rifle was gaging at 8lb 7oz and after installation the trigger pull is gaging an average of 4lb 11oz. Also, I have to say M*Carbo is really quick from the time of order to the time of delivery.

I love milsurps, and have been working on them for years. I enjoy them for what they are, and I don't hate on them for what they are not. That said, the slop in a lot of the Russian Mosin triggers has always been a serious flaw. The return spring in this kit, along with an extra power firing pin spring, made for a great improvement on a custom sporter job I am doing. Note: I did NOT stick with the shim on the sear. I found it made the pull a bit less clean but I had already stoned and polished it so I was happy with the amount of engagement. I would add this to any Mosin shooter I had.
