You are better off with a wood block than this. Almost guaranteed to mar or scratch coatings.
Does it’s job, I like that it isn’t model specific and will make maintenance easier on other models.
The block has sharp edges that catch on any microfiber towel. I have dumped parts so many times when just trying to move the block
This block works very well. It also works with my other guns. Well made and great price.
Bench block a necessity for ease of dismantling firearm. Great design and portable.
I really enjoyed installing the trigger kit on my ruger sp101 357 I got the revolver from my sister who inherited it. Apparently someone had a spring kit already installed but I are had flitz and the polishing attachments for my dremel. The video was super helpful and easy to follow. The price is what really got my attention. I am going to do each of my firearm triggers that you have available. Thank you for such a being so detailed in the videos and making such a quality product. I highly recommend your products.
I got this block to help with disassembly and reassembly of my S&W Shield. It works great, won't mar the firearm, but being used to steel bench blocks I made the mistake of pushing a roll pin out with a punch, only to have it embed the pin into the block - not through the intended hole in the block. I thought that I'd dropped the pin and covered every square inch of my 450 sf shop on my hands and knees, practically stripped thinking it might be in my clothes. Only when I used the block to help put a new pin into the Shield did I see the pin in the block. See the photo. - I know, my bad. Pretty funny though.
This is a must have for your bench if you do any work at all on your arms, very well created, and durable. Two things I would really like to see on this block, one is a well placed magnet,so that when you pushed a pin or removed a spring the block would grab it and place it on the magnet, maybe into a dish attached to the bottom.I realize that would cost a little more, but it would be worth it,and maybe some different colors so that it's easy to find and identify. But like everything else these brothers make and put out,its excellent, functional and best of all MADE IN THE USA .nuff said.
Just received my block today and am pleased! It is strrdy and will be a great help when I am working on my arms.
Sure, you can use a block of wood with holes drilled in it, but this is compact, no drill shavings and tough. Its looks are unobtrusive sitting on your bench. And it isn’t a major investment. Does what it should and should last forever.
Holy shit this thing can take a beating, great product, great price, thanks guys.
First and foremost, this is an obvious 3D print. That being said, it is also mean as hell. I have some rugged, mistreated projects that ultimately require a whoopin to get loose, or into place. I am mean as hell to this little black brick, and it just doesn't seem to care. Five out of five, will definitely shop here again. Thank you guys for an outstanding product.
This one is $7 and so F’n worth it. This is such a needed device for any workbench and makes install springs, pins and little things so much easier.
Used it twice since I got it. Worked perfect. I recommend to those in search of
Would have given it 5 stars except I had to file out the hole to hold my punch. I have another block, between the two I'm happy.
