This block makes disassembly and assembly a lot easier while allowing access to parts instead of the table top.
I'd been using pieces of plastic, coffee coasters, or just about anything else I could grab from my desk to use as a bench block for working on my personal handguns. On a whim, I ordered this block. Best 8 bucks I've spent in a while. Sure makes makes disassembly a breeze!

The gun block was definitely a time saver for the three Thompson Center trigger jobs!
I'm sure glad I ordered this bench block because I needed to install a trigger spring kit from MCARBO and it worked perfectly. Its very durable yet cheap which is exactly what I was looking for.

This is one of those tools that you will use more than once, and it will prove to be a friend in deed when you are doing things like replacing the spring kit, or maybe when the guys at M*Carbo decide to make that slide lock button in aluminum (HINT HINT)?!? The bench block made knocking out the pin on the slide lock button a piece of cake, and it kept me from doing irreversible harm to my weapon, so once again Thanks for the ingenuity of the guys at M*Carbo!

Turns out this is a pretty handy little device to have when disassembling a gun. I wasn't going to purchase it, but then thought, for less than $7, I don't have to "rig" something up to work on. This is a great asset for the DIYer with a little technical skill. Highly recommend it!
Love the Bench Block! Already used it changing out the trigger spring. It's a little smaller than I expected, but it worked great!!! I wish I had one of these years ago!!!

The bench block is a savior when. When you need the correct tool for the job. It is the right tool, and has the right spot / placement of the firearm for the right job.
Compact and handy enough for work on main bench or taking to the field for any needed quick fixes.
As a toolmaker I can appreciate precision and beauty of a finished product. While I certainly could have made this myself from Delrin or some other similar material, this 3-D printed block for the price is certainly a worthy purchase. I used this to aid with my trigger & associated springs upgrade (which was also bought here at M*CARBO and is itself a great buy) on my wife's Ruger LCP. Good size to handle & move around, finish is ok, slots & holes are for commonly used sized pins and such. Again, a great buy for the price.
This block is very handy for any level of gunsmithing, and comes at a great price point.
Being a firearms and CCW instructor, I am always on the lookout for real word, practical products that improve carry guns. Having an American based, veteran ran company moves M*Carbo to the top of the list. I purchased their ss guided, spring kit, and trigger for my 1st gen LCP. Quality beyond compare, instructional videos that set the standard for DIY types, and quick/responsive customer service makes me wish they sold more than parts for weapons! I also picked up their small armorers block, and for a pocket block, it is quite handy. Defiantly going in a pocket of the range bag. I will definitely be recommending M*Carbo products to my students.
