Well made and easy to install. Pop out one of the two takedown pins and sick this in. Fits either side and high or low on the gun.
To begin I (which I’ll take blame for) ordered ksg part rather than the ks7. Needed it by a specific date. The customer service is so slow they send one response a day and I still haven’t even received the return label they said should’ve been in the original email for returning the part. UPS wanted to charge 15$ to ship back and 22$ through USPS. That was last week. Haven’t heard back since I told them I haven’t received the label (last week). You can go on Amazon and find any part you need for 1/30th of the price they charge you. Makes me understand why we can’t even trust business to our very own Americans. Pay all that money to receive the worst customer service.
The pin is well made and very easy to install. It works perfectly, too. Like others have said, it's a bit of a PITA to have to take the pin apart to remove it every time you want to take your KSG12 down to clean it and then have to reassemble the pin with thread locking compound. But, not a big deal and it's really the only way to do it without designing some sort of complicated latch or whatever instead of a simple screw/washer setup. The only thing I worry about is stripping the hex head screw over time. I'll just have to keep an eye on it and replace the screw whenever the allen key starts to get excessively loose. It looks like a common screw that's easy enough to replace at any hardware store.
This quick mod will be an awesome addition. It was a great way to get the kiddo started on weapon nomenclature. Great service, product(s) and video(s). Will be buying other accessories in the future.
Fast and easy install. Well made, and seems to fit all the various QD buttons I have.
These things are awesome ! I put 2 on my KSG ! With the MS4 single point QD sling…. It gives me options to move my sling ! Thanks for the install videos to MCARBO ! These are a must have in my opinion !!!!
