Good tool that makes barrel nut and muzzle brake removal easy. Make sure to use a tape barrier between the tool and the gun to avoid scratches on your gun. I learned the hard way and had to do some touch up painting.

Apply masking tape to the inside surfaces of the block or it will scratch the finish of the gun. Either adjust your vice and set support blocks on the bench for the gun or have someone hold it while in the vice

This vise is a must have if you plan to remove the barrel nut (e.g. to install a muzzle brake). The vise worked exactly as described. I was able to lock down the barrel and easily remove the barrel nut with ease. Again, this is a must have product. I prevents any damage to the firearm when removing the barrel nut. Higly recommend.
