I purchased the trigger job bundle and a speed ramp separately. Here is the best advice I can give you. Watch the video. WATCH THE VIDEO. My wife and I sat at the kitchen table, she manned the laptop, playing the video, and pausing when needed. You know you have an awesome wife when she will let you bring your weapon to the table and completely help! So, we went step by step, but on the final assembly, we had a problem with two of the MCARBO screws tightening. Actually, they tightened before the screws were flush, and we almost stripped the alan head screws, so we decided to stop. While this may sound like a negative, and no, it did not go as planned, I have to say that the costumer service was really awesome. Bobby sent another set of screws and grip pins, and to me, how well you stand behind your product is almost as important as the product. The screws came in, we completed the installation, and test fired without any issues other than it shot ten times better than before. Now I'm just waiting for MCARBO to release some more upgrades. :)
this kit is a must have for every sub-2000 owner. it's a total overhaul of the rusty gate latch stock trigger
Took about 2 hours. kept on losing the safety detent and spring during final reassembly, so more like an hour and a half install time, following the videos. trigger feels better, but am in love with the aluminum trigger guard. i do not have a pull gauge, but will be hitting the range on tuesday for full function test.

This was an awesome upgrade. The videos for instal were a little fast for me. But i can pause when needed and rewind. Im very happy with the trigger and takedown leaver.
Reduced the trigger pull from that chunky 10lbs to a nice crisp 4lbs. The only problem I had was with the steel screws getting that "tactical Browning." But if you keep it clean and oiled you won't have to worry about it.
I wanted to do some changing on my sub this kit has everything I needed .The video for installation is very good . I think I purchased just about all the add Ons the red dot mount is perfect. The muzzle break is terrific but be sure to get the jaws for the vice. This has now become my favorite firearm to carry in my Jeep. Thank You Guys keep up the good work. Tony
Shipping was extremely fast and quality was great. The youtube videos made the installation 100x's easier and I was able to install everything in 30 minutes even though it was my first time. The rear nut tool was key as well. I am glad I did the install because come to find out the nut was loose from the factory due to barely having any Loctite on it. I did have to use the trouble shooting videos and lightly sand down the sharp edge so that the trigger would reset, but again with the videos it was not a problem.
Originally just planned on replacing the factory plastic feed ramp but figured if I’m pulling the gun apart I might as well replace a bunch of stuff, I couldn’t help myself and boy am I glad I did. The trigger is amazing now and even things like the upgraded mag release made shooting my sub more enjoyable and I loved the gun before. I’ve placed a few orders with mcarbo and they are a top notch company. Everything shipped quickly with no issues even during the covid 19 craziness.
You guys are awesome! The only way delivery could've been faster would have been if you were parked in my driveway! Your installation videos are fantastic! When I started to take by rifle apart, Parts fell out all over the place and I immediately thought to myself, this is a mistake but then I watched the video and every single part went back in correctly. By the time I finished installing my new trigger, trigger springs etc. I felt like I really knew my gun. Just shy of being a gunsmith! Keep up the good work! Steve
Bought the kit hoping it was as easy to install as the video made it look. Very happy with the ease of installation while following along with the video on my laptop. ( I highly recommend this way of installation so you can pause or rewind as needed. ) Haven't made it to the range with the weapon yet since the install, but the difference in trigger pull and the way the weapon feels in your hands is tremendous. Thank you for making great products. ( I also purchased the recoil buffer, recoilless charging handle, rear and the rear peep sight ). Keep up the great work and stay safe.
I got this kit along side the metal feed ramp and ive never felt so confident in my Sub 2000's reliability and build quality . the kit was relatively easy to instal by watching the YouTube video tutorial . 10/10 would recommend
I was very impressed by the quality of the parts in this kit and the improvement in the operation and feel of the Sub2000 is pretty incredible. The installation video was top-notch, very easy to follow along and the right amount of detail/instruction. Highly recommended, keep up the great work.
Mcarbo and the kit get five stars, the post office gets zero for delayed shipping. I purchased this complete kit along with the feed ramp and mag release to do everything internal at one time. Fit and finish were perfect and an absolute breeze to install. The only glitch I encountered was attaching the barrel when finished - I made sure the rear sight was facing the right way but forgot to double check the position - both important for proper re-assembly. Highly recommend doing everything at the same time. Thank you Mcarbo - glad I found you!

Purchase this to upgrade my sub 2000. The parts are high quality and easy to install. Thier installation video is very helpful. I would recommend this to any one with sub 2000
