Great upgrade. Smooth and solid upgrade for a better/lighter trigger. Highly recommend!
I polished the SS feed ramp first to have it ready, and then did the install. It was a complete tear down, as I was switching from multi-mag to Glock grips. Everything went well ans the fit and finish of the MCARBO parts were flawless. The final reassembly went well, especially guided by the video in the MCARBO site. I did have a little difficulty with the grip snap-on (shooter’s right), as the ladder indents on the new Glock grips didn’t want to snap into the matching holes on the main tube, but after a strong compression motion it did finally snap in. Zeroed the rifle at 25 yds, and was hitting 12” steel at 100 yds. 50 rounds; no FTF/FTE. Trigger pull dropped from 8.5 lbs to 4.25 lbs (Wheeler spring gauge).
This makes such an improvement! Groups are much tighter and control is more fluid. Combined with the trigger guard it is almost a like having a different carbine
Just installed the Sub 2000 Gen 2 complete trigger job bundle. Very quality parts, make the gun feel and look more rugged. Trigger is smooth and plenty of room in the beefy looking trigger guard. Can't wait to go shoot it. A lighter trigger pull should help accuracy and the smooth aluminum trigger will be nice on the finger vs the stock plastic gouger. Mine is G22 model. Same as my duty gun so I have plenty of mags. Anyone looking for a super fun compliment to their G22 should buy this gun. 100yd perfect. Next suggestion after having this all apart would be an aluminum rear sight. A little more rugged and tacticool. Thanks for the quick shipping. Installation was a breeze, and all the Mcarbo parts are as sturdy as a tank these were built to last. I can't wait to test it out on the range, great job guys.
Put these parts in a bit ago. Wanted to test it before I wrote a review. The parts are great and so are the install videos. The trigger and gaurd are great. They really give you a positive lock up when folding the sub open. The spring kit is out of this world! Really gives you a crisp pull compared to the stock set-up. MCARBO gets two thumbs up with this upgrade. If you only do one upgrade to your sub this is definitely it. Remarkable. Keep it up MCARBO!
I love my sub 2000. I love the fact that i can upgrade the plastic parts to reliable metal parts. Easy to install with the help of Chris you tube videos.
J'ai acheté ce kit pour résoudre quelques problèmes de détente avec mon Sub2000 gen 2. Résultats: aucun soucis d'envoi (us/france), belle qualité de fabrication du kit et impression de solidité , et au final détente plus douce et progressive. Merci à MCARBO.
It is a new shooting experience. Trigger is clean and smooth. Easy pull makes it radically more constant. YouTube videos make it so you can install yourself. If you are mechanically inclined. Just beware that gen 2's have some casting differences. So there is spot sand down on some(mine required it). So watch all of the videos in detail. You are paying minimal price for top quality parts. Could not be happier with what I got! I hope that there are more trigger kits to come. Drop in ar15 perhaps?
I purchased the bundle and used the video to install it. It was fairly easy and reduced my trigger pull significantly. After breaking the weapon down, I wished I would have ordered the metal feed ramp. If you can afford it, buy all the internal replacement parts so you can install them at the same time. Fast shipping, I ordered online Thursday afternoon requesting 3 to 5 day USPS. It was in my mailbox Saturday morning at 7:40 am.

I will definitely recommend M Carbo to family and friends. Great service from start to finish. I ordered parts for my KSG and Sub 2000 and received the orders within 3 days. This is the best decision you can make for your S2K. The internal upgrades not only enhances the performance of the rifle but the feel as well. As for the install trust me, if I can pull it off with only the installation video to assist me you can as well. P.S. I went with the flat trigger.

Everything about the Sub 2000 trigger job is freakin phenomenal, from the shipping speed, to the instructional videos, which are free, couldn't be easier to find, and show superb knowledge from Chris, for us newbies the amount of info online can be overwhelming, based on conflicting opinions, and hard to follow, The MCarbo videos take out all the guess work and are step by step, easy to follow, easy to find the exact part you need, and teach a hell of a lot that can be applied to your other firearms as well. Can't say enough about a business that wants to sell you knowledge and reasonably priced parts instead of a "drop in"? package for 200-300 bucks that still won't help that much if you don't know little install tricks. I can't wait to buy everything M-Carbo sells, and see what they come up with next
