This is the second Sub2000 I have outfitted with MCARBO upgrades and once again it is night and day with the upgrades.

Product turned the plastic toy into a real weapon. Shipping was quick, installation was easy by following M*Carbo video. Tested installation and performance was enhanced beyond expectations. Trigger is now crisp with no drag.
If I didn't know any better I'd say they tied my package to a bullet while being fired out of a .50 cal. BMG! I ordered my package on Thursday after their cutoff time for same day shipping. I got it on Saturday morning, mind you I live in Helotes, Tx. Package came from Florida. The mail time I selected was 3-5 days. I got it in less then 2 full days. I'm freaked out hell, Amazon Prime 2 day shipping isn't even that fast just saying. Can't wait to install all the goods, tried to buy their whole line of sub 2k upgrades but were out of a couple of items. No biggie, got all their main internal parts so only have to open the sub 2K once.
not only is the trigger/ performance bundle lightyears ahead of the OEM parts it replaced, but M*Carbo has been one of the best companies I ever did business with. hands down. Chris is a fantastic businessman and It was an absolute pleasure to business with him.
Top notch parts and engineering. I'm very impressed with the quality of the machined parts and the finish on them. Fast shipping, nice packaging, great resources on youtube, what more can you ask for?! The proprietary wrench was fabulous! Install was smooth and the results were stallar. I would not hesitate to buy from MCarbo in the future or recommend to others. Awesome! I'd love to see KelTec set you up as an OE supplier so ALL new sub2000's get these parts from the factory ;)
This upgrade is a must for any gen 2 sub2k. Drastically improved trigger pull, action smoothness and reliability. Installation video is awesome.
After exhaustive research, I decided on the trigger bundle for my Sub2k build from Mcarbo and I must say, you guys didn't disappoint! The kit was easy to install with the help of your videos, the parts are top quality and holy crap is this gun smooth as butter!!! Trigger pull is much lighter, but even more crisp and smooth than I imagined. Can't wait to get out again with this and put some more lead down range. I come from a family of military, including my three brothers and sister, so in addition to your fine products, your support of our military and veterans that make our freedoms possible is a huge bonus in my book! Thanks again and cheers to all!!!
First, I must apologize for the tardiness of this review. I purchased the predacessor of this kit about a year ago. The installation of the kit was relatively easy for someone who has limited mechanical aptitude. What amazed me was the amount of trigger pull weight. My Sub2K had a really stiff trigger about 12lbs. After installing the kit the trigger pull was reduced to 4.25lbs. There were no reliability problems associated with this kit.
I ordered this kit the same day I bought my Sub2K. I watched the installation video on YouTube, and started the installation. I had everything installed and working in about forty five minutes. I loaded two Glock 32 round 9mm magazines, and went out in in the yard to try it out. All I can say is WOW, this upgrade really made a huge difference in the trigger pull, and the aluminum trigger guard makes folding the Sub2K a lot easier. I'd recommend this kit to anyone. Oh, I went ahead and used sandpaper to expand the area around the trigger bar pin, as a 'just in case', so I wouldn't have to disassemble the Sub2k again.
Bought this for my Keltec Sub2k. I'm so glad i found MCarbo and the high quality products that they have come up with. I feel more confident with my firearm now knowing that the components are not going to fail me. Thank You Chris not only for these amazing products and installation videos but also the awesome customer service you've provided. You know how to do it right brother! I will definitely be a customer for life.
This upgrade kit far exceeded my expectations. AND it was fun to install. The quality of the components are in a completely different league from the stock components ... the tools provided cover everything you’ll need ... and the installation video made the project easy peasy (only got hung up for 10 minutes on one step). The finished product folds, cycles, and fires like butter. My ONLY feedback. I wish I’d gotten all the products in one order. Didn’t know I’d enjoy MCARBO products as much as I did, so I upgraded in 3 waves (meaning I later got the muzzle brake, tube guard, and other components). Would’ve been smoother to get it all at as the new all-in-one video covers everything and is a much better production. Thanks MCARBO. I’d give 6 stars if it were an option.
I had MCARBO do a complete makeover for my Sub 2000. The work and response was fantastic. You can't go wrong with the team at MCARBO. Thanks to Dave and Patrick for the quick turn around on my Sub 2000. They received my Sub 2000 and had it back out on the same day.
Installed following video instruction very easily. Product is good quality and good results.
Easy install, for this being my very first trigger installation. Great improvement, and solid product. It gives a more rugged, sturdy, and smooth feel for your rifle.
First let me admit that I was most skeptical, not about the quality of the product, but about my ability to do the job. My first inclination was to find a gunsmith. My neighbor and I both bought Kel Tec 2000 and both found fault with two components. Trigger was much to heavy for such a light gun. The changing handel was painful on our old fingers . We decided to buy the complete trigger kit as well as the big double charging handels . We watched the video 3 or 4 times then agreed that it would be an experience to see if we had the ability to get it done. Well it took us 4 hours continually starting and stopping the video. Had a few flying springs but a well organized work table was the key to keeping everything in order . We took our Kel Tecs to the range the next day to our amazement we seem to have gotten everything right. The triggers were mich crisper the changing handels were dramatically improved. The walk away if we could do it, so can you. You will gain knowledge and confidence so go for it.
