I followed the install video, it was mostly easy to put together. If you have a California version with the Fin, good luck if you have stripped studs on the grip, I did and it was Hell. Also installing the little fitting on the recoil spring, it is a major pain in the fucking ass...
I upgraded my Kel-tec 2000 with the trigger group. cocking lever and trigger guard. Much better performance and a lot easier to cock. The accuracy is much improved as now I know when it is going to fire as the trigger is crisp, shorter travel, faster reset and the damn thing does not bend as you pull it. The people a M*Carbo are great once you can get in contact with them, a little difficult to reach by phone but worth the effort.
I Bought the kit before I even had the rifle. Every review in the world said the Kel Tec has a terrible trigger so I got this kit in advance. Well my rifle got here today and the trigger wasn't bad. Maybe its because I'm used to milsurps, but it seemed light to me out of the box. I think the latest gen 2's have a improved trigger. Anyway I decided to not install the springs. I did however install everything else. The metal trigger and trigger guard are super nice and the whole rifle feels more rigid. Very Satisfied.

I've previously installed other Mcarbo upgrades to my sub2k, so I thought I could do this upgrade. While watching and pausing the installation video as I went the installation went well and I completed it. Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, but that will come. I'm more than happy with the quality and completeness of this upgrade.
Definitely reduced the weight on the trigger pull. Got down to 4 lbs in my case. The quality of the pull is still a bit mushy which prevents me from going with 5 stars. But overall a good improvement. Also the online video install instructions are excellent and easy to follow.
you won't regret it. The difference in performance, feel, and look are amazing. The video's are great for the instal, making it where anyone can do the modifications. Great company, always prompt with answering any questions. I just can't wait for them to release more products
Watched the vids great job but had to pause sometimes to make sure I had it right but that's the great thing about it. Not hard at all to do. For me every thing fit perfect, even the feed ramp. I wish I had gotten the sling mount as well and installed it while the gun was apart. Worked great and the shipping was super fast. Thanks again guys, great work and info. As with everything I have ordered from M*CARBO, this bundle of parts is excellent in both quality & value. My trigger pull was reduced probably 20-25%. I have to go by feel because I don't have the tool needed to check pull weight, but it WAS reduced enough to notice.
Trigger pull is great. The trigger guard no longer feels like I'm going to break off when I fold it.

I highly recommend this kit to enhance the performance of the Sub P2K. It basically replaces anything inside the grips not made of metal with high quality machined performance parts. Trigger pull reduced from about 9# to 5# with a crisper trigger break. I opted for the flat trigger. I'm very well pleased with my results. I'm in the old guy with bad fingers category and I was able to do the job without having a "bag gun" at the end, however; it took me a lot longer than it did Chris. I had never attempted a job this involved with "cracking the case" before but with the very thorough installation videos all went well with one minor exception. The video shows the Gen2 with metal collar that has to be removed with the supplied armorers wrench but mine and the newer versions have the plastic collar that does not require a wrench to remove it. It would have been helpful to mention this in the video but it was made in 2017. Maybe an update is needed. No worries, I contacted tech support and they helped me out before I ruined something. Great product! PS don't forget to polish that feed ramp!
All of the products in the package are high quality and packaged well. The installation video was amazing and was easy to follow with great troubleshooting tips as well. The cons if any are that with my Gen 2 Sub 2K I didn't really need the loctite or the Armor's wrench for the installation but I can use them in the future I am sure. I think loctite 242 should be include in the package as well but overall great products. The trigger pull is much lighter and I am going to sight in my red dot and it will be good to go.
