Received my parts, followed their install videos on YouTube and was able to get everything completed relatively easily. The parts are very high quality, they definitely change the feel of the gun for the better. The more I shoot my Sub2K, the more I like it, but all the original cheap polymer parts make me concerned about the lifespan. MCarbo is making these durable and quality parts that give me more faith in the longevity of one of my favorite guns. Furthermore, I have the Gen 1 Sub2K, the aluminum fat faced trigger and their spring kit brought my trigger pull down to ~6-6.5 lbs. Friends with the Gen 2 tell me theirs are closer to ~5-5.5lbs with the same parts, but the whole trigger feel is absolutely improved.
I bought the complete trigger job bundle. Watched the video, and everything went great. The trigger pull is definitely much improved. I've also have bought the double finger extended charging handle,grip pin upgrade kit,armorers wrench,QD single point sling mount, even the locative 380. Everything is top quality. Super fast delivery,again super fast delivery. Support and communication is the best in this or any other business.
The products in this kit improved every aspect of the performance of my Sub 2000. The installation video by Chris was throw and little tricks shown made installation a snap.
This really fixed what I think are factory shortcuts. You end up with a metal trigger and trigger housing, not to mention a way better trigger pull. I'm telling anyone I know that gets a Sub2K to check this company out. I wish there was a "rebuild" kit that would include everything at once. The products are just that good.

The trigger package improved the trigger on my sub 2000 tremendously. Everything fit together great.
I purchased the All in One Pro trigger job bundle, butt stock pad, muzzle brake and mailed my Sub 2000 to MCarbo Gun shop to have the professionals put them on for me. I wise choice because it was fast and done well. My 2000 is shooting great and I appreciate the effort that they have shown for getting things done right. Turn around time was about a week, so better than I hoped. Good job.
I have 2 Kel-Tec Sub 2000 G17/G22 Carbines. I ordered 2 Trigger Job Kits on a Friday afternoon and had them in my hands the following Wednesday. Both Sub 2k's are Gen 2 but there are differences! These upgrades fit both variants with little effort aside from my big fingers. I watched the installation videos Chris has twice and then set to installing. WOW! Clean easy trigger pull with none of the flex you get from the factory original and a nice easy 4.75 lbs (average) trigger pull. Fantastic product M*CARBO
Wanted to tell you how well the trigger job parts and the polished feed ramp worked in my Sub 2k this past Saturday. We had an IDPA Frozen Finger match at our club. It was about 15-20° with blowing snow. Wind chill was just above 0°. I ran my Mcarbo modified Sub 2K in the PCC division. After using a Chris Cerino lube formula on the bolt (that smells like dead homeless people undershirt) the carbine ran with no malfunctions. Just about every auto pistol, that day, had some sort of malfunction due to the weather but the Sub 2K just continued to hum along. The flat steel trigger was sweet to use and produced many same hole double taps or controlled pairs when combined with the better springs. Great upgrades for the weapon! Now, any chance for a modified rear sight that will collapse when using a red dot?
I finished the upgrades and took my Sub-2000 to the range. It shoots great. The trigger is very smooth. I am very happy with the trigger kit and all the other upgrades. The installation videos were very helpful.
This trigger job really transformed the performance of my Kel-Tec Sub-2000, it's much smoother and crisper. The trigger pull reduced from about 10 lbs to less than 5 lbs. It was a fun job to perform. I enjoyed learning the internals and following the great M*Carbo videos. If your good with your hands it's easy to do just follow the video completely. Great stuff M*Carbo.
This trigger upgrade is worth every penny. Stock trigger really sucks and this takes care of all the issues. Cuts the pull weight in half and the aluminum parts make all the difference in the world. If you've got a sub 2000 you need this trigger upgrade. NOTE: PAY ATTENTION TO THE VIDEO TALKING ABOUT THE LITTLE BRASS SAFETY LOCK AND SPRING. I didn't. It's somewhere in the carpet in my den/office.
I did it! I wanted a better trigger for my Kel Tec Sub 2000, Gen 2 and ran across M*CARBO’s website. It took me a few weeks to “pull the trigger” on ordering the complete trigger kit, but I watched Chris’ installation video a couple of times and decided what the hey, if I can’t follow the video and something goes wrong I can just scoop up the whole bunch and send it off to Kel Tec and they can put it back together. But that’s about a hundred bucks of hassle and 4-6 weeks gone. Short story long, I had the video handy and running (excellent instructions) and got the trigger kit (and other stuff) installed in a reasonable amount of time. I only had to back up a step or two a couple of times. Then to the indoor range to see if everything worked. Sure did, and WONDERFUL trigger. I shot fairly small groups at 50 feet. Love the M*CARBO stuff, love their service and attention to detail. Gee, I may even survey the M*CARBO website first to see what trigger kits and accessories they build before I decide on my next firearm.
This kit made my sub2000 into a real fun gun. Cut the trigger pull weight in half and I just ordered the trigger bar to cut the slack in the trigger. I can't recommend this enough. Also, assembly is a piece of cake. Watch the whole video first then do the assembly. Make sure you put your finger over the safety because you'll lose the brass pin and spring. Don't ask how I know. OK, I didn't watch the whole video first. :-)
This all in one kit really makes a huge difference fo due to the smoother lighter trigger. I also feel better about the higher end components being part of my Sub and feel they will prolong the life of this firearm. The instructional video is what sold me as i had never taken a firearm completely apart to upgrade it. I watched the video prior to ordering and it was produced with a clarity that gave me the confidence I could install this kit. So i ordered it. The only issue i had was with the trigger bar that had been addressed in a separate video. I opted to keep the stock trigger bar rather than sand the polymer. For this reason, I would take half a star off, but i can't. Aside from the performance gains of installing this kit, the overall experience of gaining intimate knowledge of how the Sub 2000 is built and operates really makes this kit special.
