What a difference, 4 pounds, to be exact, the M*CARBO Trigger Job Performance Bundle makes on my Gen 2 Sub 2000. It's easier to pull and it makes shooting a lot more fun. The trigger is part of a package of parts I ordered. The rest of the reviews are to follow.
Reduced my trigger pull to 4.75#! Made my rifle much more pleasurable to operate! Would definitely recommend!
This kit looks expensive, but you, at the very least, get your moneys worth out of this. If yoh are looking for first upgrades for your sub 2k, i highly recomend and suggest getting this kit and the buffer. It will completly change how your sub 2k feels, shoots, and looks.
If you're going to mod your sub2k (and yes, you should!) do it all once while the hood is popped open. This package gives you everything you need to transform the feel and function of your sub2k. The only extra tool I really needed (or used)was a set of long nose pliers which the instructional video mentions along with a couple of other tools which most people have on hand. The youtube instructional video takes you step by step making this install a breeze. I went from an 8lb trigger pull down to 4lbs!!! If there's anything that I say would be a "nice to have" in the package would be the inclusion of the SS feed ramp, though from what I'm reading that not critical. Upgrading the springs, trigger and trigger guard really make the sub2k that much better. Get it, install it, love it.
Installed a few weeks ago - superb tutorial on the site. Step by step in how not to jack things up. This is not a modification for the weary - take your time and be patient. I had one little mistake with the feed ramp, and had to disassemble and start over (it was fun, really fun). This upgrade feels amazing and real gives the sub2000 new life.
The overall feel of the sub is much better over stock. The parts are very well made and installation video by mcarbo was awesome i had the entire kit done by the end.
Noticeable improvement! I really want to get a trigger bar installed now. The parts are really quality, installation was a breeze with the videos provided. I would highly suggest this. I wish kel-tec would work toward making this a factory direct option.

I have installed a bunch of triggers in my time. They provided some difference sometimes very small changes. I am not sure if it is a testament to how rough the OEM trigger is or just that this upgrade is that good. Huge improvement, changes character of the gun for the better.
This really transforms the Sub 2000, The Trigger is so much better. All parts are top notch, The install video is easy to follow and understand, step by step instructions, When I took mine apart all the internals fell out not a problem with the video to guide you through the process.
This is a must have upgrades for your Kel-TEc Sub 2000. The quality is exceptional. The customer support is outstanding.
The title says it all... This is a no brainer... With this package you take your Sub to the next level. This was my first time doing a trigger job on a gun, and I must say, I actually enjoyed the process. Because of the detailed videos provided by M*Carbo I was able to get everything worked out. It was kinda funny listening to the videos in slow motion so I could keep up, made it sound like Chris was slurring his words. Lol. Another thing to mention is the amazing customer service provided over the phone by Jamie (hopefully I spelled her name right). I actually ended up needing to make some changes to my order last minute and Jamie made everything super smooth and even helped me with some installation questions. This seems to be a really well run company that employs people who actually know their product and value their job enough to give quality customer service. I will be looking to upgrade more weapons in the near future using M*Carbo products whenever they are available.

this kit is amazing! The trigger is night and day difference from factory. Cleaner break, lighter pull short reset, super crisp! I am way more impressed than I expected. The guard / breakdown lever is tighter and feels better to manipulate. Great products and service!
