I purchased the all in one pro trigger job. Its a great kit. I sent the kit plus my sub2000 Gen2 over to Kel-Tec. I paid an additional $40 to have the trigger kit and all its accessories installed. FYI...I sent my sub-2000 in the mail via insured UPS. Because I was sending my rifle back to the manufacturer, I didn't require an FFL. Kel-Tec did a great job installing the kit. From day of shipment until the day I received my upgraded weapon was about 2.5 - 3 weeks. Once Kel-Tec received my weapon they gave me a call and asked for a credit card number to get my $40 payment. It was an easy transaction. No problems at all. I'm very happy with the trigger pro bundle and am glad I used Kel-Tec to get it professionally installed.
This kit is amazing and will breathe new life into your Sub-2000! I loved the original concept was anything but fun, this kit is a game changer and will turn your plain jane into the Cadillac of Sub-2000s!

I own one of the first SUB2000's and I have MCARBOed the heck out of it. Aside from this complete Trigger Job Bundle I have purchased and installed about everything MCARBO offers for a Gen 1. Everything I have gotten and all the videos are great. Parts and service have been spot on!
Quality parts, easy to install (follow the video). Reduced my trigger pull by 5.1 pounds. Use the grease provided. Would be great to go ahead and had the metal feed ramp into this kit. Thanks guys,.....21 gun salute!
Hey Chris, I just finished installing the Pro Performance Trigger Job Bundle on my Keltec Sub2000. Thanks for your video. It was excellent and I couldn't have done it without your help. You made a great video, easy to follow, and very informative. Thanks again. Will buy other add on parts later. The trigger pull is much easier and smoother.
Great kit. and OUTSTANDING installation video. I did something wrong my first try -- the gun fired twice and then stopped. Took it home and tore it down, and did something wrong again. DUH. The third try was GOLDEN. It's a great shooting gun, and I would have been totally lost without the video guide. By the third try I'm no longer intimidated by the surprisingly complex (or maybe I should say "unique") Keltec mechanism. The trigger is good, crisp and just a hair over 5 lbs. The gun itself is great, too. I'm very pleased.
Wow, no hype here. This kit works as advertised. I had to watch the how-to video several times to complete the job because the finer details of the reassembly are difficult to make out. A tighter shot with better lighting would really help to see the details of the reassembly process. Also I lost the safety detent pin and spring during the reassembly and had to contact Kel-Tec for a replacement. Try to use a rag or something to lay over the top of your work area when putting the pin and spring back into place in the safety. That pin is the size of a BB and is spring loaded. When it gets away from you good luck finding it.
This was my second installation, on a second Sub 2000, and it gets easier everytime. Just follow the detailed and thorough installation video at your own pace. I used the Professional Trigger Job bundle the first time, so I already had the wrench and dowel for the second one. My trigger pull not only dropped from +/-7#'s to 4.5#'s, but it is really smooth. It makes it even more fun shooting USPSA PCC division.
As usual, received my parts in a few day, nice packaging ( no loose items in the package). I've been working on guns for many years but I still found the videos very helpful. Videos are some of the best I've seen. After install, my trigger went from 9lbs, 4oz to 5lbs 2oz. I believe the stainless feed ramp is one of the most important upgrades if you plan to do a lot of shooting. The result of this upgrade exceeded my expectation.
To call this kit an upgrade is a huge understatement. The improvement realized is practically beyond description. The trigger as issued weighed just under 10 pounds. The improved trigger weighed a little over 4 and a half pounds. The install was easy with the help of the video and went exactly as described. I'm a bit of a skeptic, and I didn't expect this go as easy as the marketing folks want you to believe, but it easier than I hoped for. The quality of the new parts was impressive, and the results were positively massive; borderline unbelievable. This product is by far one of the best investments I have made in my experience.
I bought the entire internal parts kit a couple of the external ones. The stock Sub-2000 was marginal for a bug-out gun or a rifle that could easily be concealed. However, it was terrible to shoot. It has one of the worst triggers I have ever tried, mushing into the plastic guard before finally firing. I had problems with ammo feed as well. After putting all the parts in (by watching the video a little, installing a little and working my way through the installation), I found I had a rifle that is a delight to shoot with a great trigger! It was well worth the cost as it totally transformed this gun! Glock parts are now on order!
Ordered a number of upgrades for my 2000. trigger kit,charging handle, muzzle brake, brass deflector, screws & pins. All of the things I ordered came within a week. Everything was of excellent quality, installation was fairly easy. What a differance in the gun! I am very pleased,I highly reccomend M-Carbo!
Awesome product. We upgraded one for a customer and it was a great success. All the parts were a good fit and look great. Anyone with a computer to watch the videos can do this. Keep up the good work.
