I ordered a stainless steel guide rod and a take down pin for my Ruger lcp2. Parts arrived in a timely manner considering the state of the postal service in my area. Shipping was not a priority for me. Parts arrived packaged nicely. Parts fit nicely in the gun. Waiting for chance to get to the range.

I did a complete M Carboupgrade on my Gen 1 LCP. Installation was a snap once the pistol was disassembled. EASY install. The Guide Rod was a straight up swap. easy-peasy. Inexpensive, practical upgrade
About as easy a pistol upgrade you will ever find and is definitely a must for this little guy. Get it you won’t be disappointed

Quality stainless steel trumps the metal that comes from Ruger. I polished up with some Flitz as well for the smoothest operation possible.

Purchased two Stainless steel Guide rods for my Ruger LCP II and my son-in-laws LCP II. Product is better then the OEM guide rod. Ordering and shipping was easy and quick. I recommend this guide rod for the LCP
it's a guide rod. if you're replacing the trigger springs anyway, why not?
I watched the video for installing the stainless steel guide rod as well as the video on the heavy duty takedown pin and ordered both. I received them quickly as promised. After comparing the new parts to the factory parts in my Ruger LCP II, there was just no question on quality!!! Well pleased with both, money well spent.
If you practice a lot with your lcp, this is a well worth upgrade. After a few hundred rounds, no issues.
Just installed and tried out at local indoor range. Very happy with the performance and level of quality. Big enhancement to my new micro pistol!
During installation I had the old guide rod & this one in opposites hands and using my thumb you could really tell the difference in quality. The factory was flexing while the MCarbo was strong. For the price you can't beat it.
