This spring kit along with the instructional video saved me for getting rid of this firearm. Over 50% reduction in trigger pull is something I never thought would happen. But....... it did, still a long pull, but now a quick smoothe release at maybe 4lbs. Pleased beyond belief. Also shipped as promised.

This M-Carbo trigger spring is actually a drop in replacement for the factory Smith & Wesson SW40VE outer sear spring. This upgrade helped reduce trigger pull to an acceptable level. I used this M-Carbo trigger spring with an Apex trigger an Apex spring kit. All together much much better and now fully acceptable trigger now.
You guys shipped very fast. Then order sat in St. Louis MO post office regional center for three days. When I finely got it, it improved my Sigma 100%

Installed this kit with the help of the instructional video. Trigger pull was reduced by at least half and I now plan to keep the gun instead of selling it. Great product and instructions. Thanks.
I put this in my SW40ve, seemed to helped but trigger is still heavy. The small nylon rod was a little too long to work as directed, so I used an undersize punch to reinstall the pig tail spring. The install video is very helpful.
The kit dropped the trigger pull from 12.lbs to 8.lbs 10 ,oz.Ranger

Received my trigger spring kit in three days. Took it to my gunsmith said he could not install it for days because he is swamped with work right now because of people buying guns because of the coronavirus. So I figured I will try and do it myself using the video that Mcarb looks o supplied. Was such an awesome help I was able to do it myself with the video. Thank you M carbo
I bought two of these kits. I installed the first kit just as the video showed. It was just as easy as video! I compared the trigger pull on it to another gun just like it and WOW! what a difference it was like a totally different gun. It was way easier to pull the trigger. I don’t have a way of measuring the difference but it’s really easy to tell the difference. I went ahead and installed the other kit on another gun and the only problem I had was the spring tool that was sent in the second kit was too long. Luckily I saved the tool from the first kit and I was able to complete the install.
Upgrade was easy following the video. I had to order the block and punch set to complete, but wasn't hard to do. Gun works much better now!
Fast shipping. Reduced trigger pull on my old pistol and made a night and day difference as advertised. Reduced by nearly half. Big issue with this model. Install is tricky, watch the video carefully. A spring hook comes in handy and the dowel helps big time. No range time yet tho.
I almost sold this gun because the trigger pull was terrible. I found out that MCARBO sells this spring kit to reduce the trigger pull so I figured I would give it a try. The video of how do this is fantastic and that is why I chose to go with MCARBO (plus all of the great product reviews). The video is a very clear, concise step by step instructional video that makes this spring installation very doable for even the novice like me. It almost makes me feel like I am now a gun smith. The last spring was a challenge with the provided dowel. It took me quite a few tries but I finally got it. The trigger pull is much less now. I can't wait to put some rounds through the gun at the range.
