I did not perform the polishing operations shown in the YouTube installation instructions. The trigger pull measured on my gauge went from 5.5 lbs to 4.5. I can still feel the decrease, but to get into the lower trigger pull values, would require the polishing and/or purchase of a hammer and possibly a sear.
Absolutely necessary upgrade for your 10/22. That heavy stock trigger will lose you game. After the recommended polish and spring install, I was just shy of a 3 lbs pull. Varmint beware.
Super easy install. Dropped my pull about a pound and a half. Another fantastic MCARBO product! Every gun I own is suited with MCARBO Trigger Kits. You can’t go wrong.
Springs work great , reset ok , trigger pressure lighter . You will still need to do more work to get a quicker trigger break . keep shooting have fun and God bless !
The springs work great but the how to video shows the operator using a wood dowel for the installation tool which would have been great. The provided installation tool is too small and just falls out. If you are going to make a how to video, use the parts available that are purchased.

Great cheap upgrade for the 10/22 Ruger. Installation video and kit is great as always.
Put one in a pretty new 10/22. Trigger pull went from about 4-3/4lbs to 4-1/4lbs. Wasn’t really impressed. Really hoped it would get it between 2-3lbs. Installation video is nice though.

Checked my trigger pull prior to installing and it was 3#. After install trigger pull was 1 1/2#. That is light enough to do what I wanted to do. This is a stock 10/22 that I've had for many years.
I retired and don't have the dough to replace my 2-stage Kidd trigger set up. Good thing. Now I know what makes the trigger "tick", and not only saved dough but took a little more personal ownership of my rifle. Thirty bucks is going to get me where I want to be. Nothing wrong with the 8oiz/8oz two stage from Tony. Except the three bills. Thanks M*Carbo
Ordered three trigger kits: 2 for 10 22's and one for a shotgun. Order was very promptly shipped and everything I ordered arrived in three days. Video support for product installation was first rate. Instructions and explanation given throughout the video were complete and easy to understand. Made the installation very easy, I had never done this type of installation before. I would highly recommend this well run company and it's products.
This does smooth out the trigger pull. Keeps the grandsons from feeling like they have to 'jerk' the trigger.
Nice and easy job replacement. Great feeling on trigger pull. Very affordable for those who don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on these type of upgrades.
I found the video very helpful, concise and clear. Well organized. I bought my gun in 1971 and found a couple of things different., My hammer and sear were not cast but rather machined from bar stock (good deal). All of the pins in my rifle were blued. no silver ones. J.A. Wood USAF
A lot of work for absolutely no change in pull. Now, if it causes FTF + I have to put it back to stock, I'll really be mad!
