To start with the kit and an afternoon of cleaning, smoothing and polishing all fire control group surfaces ended up with a trigger pull reduction from 7.5 to 4.75 lbs, which is about a 37% drop in pull. This kit was installed in my wife's G48. She is a new shooter, so I'm doing everything I can to make it easier for her to shoot. She LOVES the new trigger pull and can not wait to get back to the range to see if she can tighten up her groups. Y'all rock

Worked as Designed and Expected

Installing this kit was a good experience for learning how the Glock works internally. The results were as advertised, 30% reduction in trigger weight and much smoother.

I purchased this kit along with the polishing kit after watching the mcarbo YouTube video about it. I also bought a cheapo $10 Dremel knockoff from Harbor Freight Tools. The video explained everything very well as far as breaking down the pistol and polishing the parts. One sticking point was serious trouble removing the largest the pin, but another video I found gave me a simple solution that solved the issue(wiggling the slide lock lever). The results are a noticeably lighter trigger pull on my gen 3 glock 17. I don’t know how much of it is attributable to the parts polishing I did at the same time that I replaced the stock springs but I’d like to think it contributed as well. My aim has improved because of the lighter pull. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the result and it was much cheaper than buying a new trigger.

Worked so well I bought second kit

I installed this in my Gen 5 Glock 17 which already felt pretty good out of the box. After inspecting the internals I opted not to sand or polish anything and just installed the springs. The improvement was immediate and the trigger pull is much smoother now. I was so impressed I bought I second kit for my other gen 5 Glock

Works as advertised

Purchased the Glock trigger spring kit for my G45 and a polish kit. The video was easy to follow and very informative. The result went from a semi-gritty 5lb factory pull to a smoother 3.5lb pull. Very pleased with the result. MCARBO is a great company with products that produce results. Several years ago I purchased the trigger spring kit for the CZ P07 and it dropped the da/sa in half. Highly recommend MCARBO products.

Works like a charm!

Works on PSA Dagger

Review

For liability reasons, both PSA and MCARBO do not recommend this spring kit for the Dagger but I decided to try it out anyway since the Dagger is basically an exact clone of the glock gen 3. Low and behold the MCARBO springs were an exact match in fitment as the Dagger OEM springs. I did a function test before going to the range, dry fired and made sure the trigger reset and it did. I took it to the range but only had time for a box of ammo of which it ran flawlessly and a noticeable and pleasant upgrade on the trigger. I did not polish anything, only upgraded the springs using the 4lb firing pin spring and it dropped an estimated pound or pound and a half. I do not have a trigger gauge but based off my other guns I would guess it's now a 5lb or possibly 4.5lb trigger. I'm really happy with the upgrade. I was able to do a few rapid fire drills and keep a decent grouping at 10 yards. I really just wanted to slightly improve the OEM trigger and did not want to shell out $200 for a drop in trigger which is what I got. Love MCARBO and have bought their kits for my SKS and my Rossi RS22. Both of which were manageable upgrades with their instruction videos. Great company and well worth the time for a rather cheap yet reliable and functional upgrade for your triggers.

World of difference!!

Never owned, fired or held a Glock in all of my 60 years. But have been looking at these 80% pistol kits for a while. Finally bought a P80, PF940CL and started watching MGB videos. I spent hours on this project with limited success. I saw M*CARBO video on the installation of their trigger kit. I bought it and followed it to the “T”. It made this 80 work like never before! No more jams, stove pipes, light strikes or feed problems. I bought another kit before I bought my next 80 project! I wouldn’t build another one without it!

I've never been a "Glock Guy", but I picked up a G34 Gen 4 for a steal. I didn't like the gritty feel of the trigger (compared to by CZ). I polished everything! Installed the spring kit. It's much better than before. The reset is much more pronounced. I love that the springs are US manufactured.

Wow

I recently used a spring kit from M-carbo for an LCP and was very pleased with the outcome. I was not happy with a Glock clone build as the trigger pull was horrible, so I installed the M-carbo spring kit as well as polishing the suggested areas of the trigger linkage. It was like a totally different firearm when I was done. Thank you M-carbo. I will be buying from you again.

WOW!

Purchased after watching the detailed video on youtube. Also purchased the polishing kit. I only did the slide assembly... but it was very easy and satisfying. Very noticeable results from factory to 4lb spring! My Gen 3 glock 21 and I thank you Mcarbo!

I spent $180 on new trigger for my 19. I spent $30 on the spring kit and polishing kit for my 17. Less than 2 hours of elbow grease later I got practically the same trigger pull. The video is very good also with out it I’d been lost. Thanks MCARBO for not only producing a very affordable alternative to aftermarket triggers, but for showing how to actually make it happen.

You can do it and its totally worth the money

After doing my Ruger 10/22 and seeing the result, I decided to tackle my Glock. Took about 3 hours, most of it spent polishing. Trigger breaks clean at reduced pressure, much better. Cannot wait to go to the range. Buy the polishing kit to get same results and the punches too unless you have some as they make it easy. The video is awesome.
