The kit worked as advertised.
I had installed the spring kit on my SCCY CPX-2 and loved the results. I was a bit scared of dismantling my Glock 23, but decided to follow the videos and go ahead with the lighter trigger springs and to polish everything. Everything went smoothly, my only difficulty was my 73 year old fingers and getting the cups back on the firing pin assembly. Went to the range immediately after finishing and the results were amazing. Smooth action. Love it.
I received the kit within a few days and it did exactly what I was hoping for. Took 1 1/2#'s off of trigger pull and is nice and crisp. I would recommend to anyone wanting to clean up factory Glock triggers.
Overall, for the money, this project is worth investing into for the average shooter like myself. The polishing does improve the "gritty" feel of the factory trigger. My Glock 17's trigger breaks at 5.5 pounds after I was thru with the project. MCarbo's Glock video is an awesome tutorial if you need additional assistance. Lastly, the reset on my trigger is more profound now and seems to have a more "positive" click to the reset action after I fire the pistol. The design of the Glock's trigger system can only be improved so-much and not near-perfect as in other makes and models of pistols. With that thought in mind, this kit is worth the money!
Great spring kit. Crisp brake and smooth. Only problem is the video is for gen. 4 and below. Gen 5 is a little different. Had me worried on disassembly but figured it all out. Thanks again for putting out a great product!
Dropped my trigger pull from 7lb to 4lb 10oz. This was a used glock with very low round count of 50. Can't wait to run a few hundred rounds and get my final result.
I was skeptical at first about any springs. I have read were people would have issues with certain trigger part upgrades. The G44 is such a light pistol I had to improve the trigger. I got this kit and a 3.5 connector. I’m familiar with Glock internals but no expert. The install probably took thirty minutes as Im old fart. I used the lightest firing pin and polished the plunger,firing pin and trigger bar. Now I have an safe smooth trigger with no issues after 150 rounds. I hope the continue the add springs for more guns. When they do I want hesitate to get them.
Have installed these springs before in my Glock pistols paired with APEX triggers and a little polishing of all the trigger group hardware. For a final cost of around $150 the end result is a very smooth, reduced trigger pull with a short reset.
Installed on a PSA Dagger, the 4lb striker spring was used. The trigger pull was reduced by a pound and very smooth. I also used the polishing kit from MCARBO along with their video. All as advertised. It is worth the time and effort for the results.
Watched the M*CARBO video then ordered the trigger spring kit & polishing kit. The whole project was relatively easy and the results were very good. Well worth the price of the kit.
2nd purchase of this spring kit. Bought another one for my Glock 43X MOS. Definitely makes a huge difference from OEM parts. Nice crisp break on the trigger. Overall, great kit !!!!!
Brothers. If your looking to improve your Glock trigger without spending north of $100 check out the awesome video that Mr. Chris Nelson put together on how to polish and install this kit. After watching this video twice, i ordered 2 spring kits and dove in.. this was a really fun project and very therapeutic! and the results were amazing,the project took about 1.5hrs and the polished look gave a great feeling of accomplishment and the spring install with polished parts made my G45 trigger run smother, lighter and the action like butter, all for around $20. All of the springs worked exactly what they should. Sorry for the short review, but when it all goes according to plan, there isn't much to say.

This upgrade to my Glock did everything they claim and more. I’m very pleased with the feel of the trigger upgrade, but unbelievably the trigger pull is down to just slightly over 3lbs! I’m really impressed with the spring kit. The photo shows the finished product. I’m a Mcarbo customer for life.
