Hey. Awesome outcome, I do have one suggestion for guys like me with old eyes and big fingers. After blasting my safety spring and decent around the house I finally bent the spring beyond use. Made an order to Sig and ordered the spring & detent (x2) got ‘em in two days. In the meantime was thinking about what to use to get that little devil in there. I finally used a nail set with a convex dimple head and it was unbelievably easy. Hope this helps. Reg
I thought the trigger in my Sig P983 could be better. I searched trigger kits for the Sig P938 an came across M CARBO found the kit for $15 and watched the install video, it was great and I saw it was no big deal to install. So I bought the spring kit. I don't have a trigger pull guage so I don't the numbers so I won't know how much improvement there will be. I installed the kit yesterday and polished the trigger as per the video , easy job. The trigger feels better. Shot it gun this morning , put 100 rounds of 124 grain through it. I'm very happy with the results , much nicer gun to shoot. Well worth the $20 with shipping. It took 2 weeks to get the kit from when I ordered it , I called them after 8 days. The girl was very nice , she checked on it and told me due to Covid 19 things were a little messed up. I kind of thought that before called anyways. That's the way things are at this time No Big Deal that's life. I am looking forward to dealing with M CARBO in the future.
Used this kit for a lady with small weak hands and results were perfect for her needs. Also very simple install.
I installed the spring kit in 2 P238s. I followed the video produced by M CARBO. Great instruction every step of the way. Lighter trigger and works excellent. I recommend this and will purchase from M CARBO again.
Wish they made sear for the smaller hole, may that would help,
I tested the stock set up after 500 rounds, then cleaned and oiled. Surprisingly the average trigger pull was exactly the same for the dirty and clean gun at 6 lbs 5 oz. I did the polishing and retested 5 lbs 7 oz. then I installed the new springs and the average pull dropped to 5 lbs 5 oz. Great how to video. I Shot the gun after the polish and spring install, it operated flawlessly, trigger felt much smoother. Trigger pulls were done with 8 pulls for each test and then averaged.

When I installed the springs on my sig p238 I automatically saw a difference on the trigger pull thanks for the awesome service and products.
Let my start by saying that my P238 was purchased in 2010 and has very few rounds through it. Mainly because of the very gritty trigger that pulled between 7 and 8 pounds. After the new springs were installed and a good polishing, as recommended in the M*carbo video, the trigger pul is running between five and a quarter and six pounds. Not a much weight reduction as I was hoping for, but the pull is much smother than before. I attribute the new smoothness to the time polishing with the M*carbo Polishing Kit. All in all the kit was simple for even an old man to install and doing what it is supposed to do.

Just installed the sig 938/238 spring kit install ,polished hammer surface and feed ramp.....Omg what an upgrade.....game changer....I encourage all of you to do this!!
This was easy to install - thanks to their video. Don't have a trigger pull gauge - but it definitely lowered it. Good kit - and it didn't negatively affect reliability.
I watched the M Carbo video on how to lessen the 6.5 lb. trigger pull on my Sig. They made it look so easy so I purchased the kit. It was delivered right away and was easy to install as advertised. I now have a 3.5 trigger pull and have increased my accuracy a lot. M Carbo is an awesome company and I will be happy to do business with them again!

Great spring kit. Results were better than expected. Great quality kit. Very smooth and easy trigger pull. Easy spring installation. If in doubt, installation video was helpful with tear down and reassembly. Installed both kits in both my sigs when replacing plastic triggers to metal triggers. Brother installed a spring kit for his micro 9. He loves it. Definitely recommend M*CARBO spring kits. I love it. Very pleased with my purchase.
