Finally got to take this sweet little carbine out to the range and it did not disappoint. Great trigger and almost no muzzle rise, especially when compared to a bone stock version. I couldn't recommend this rifle enough!
My Sub2K is smooth- great trigger, an 8 year old can handle the recoil with all the MCARBO gear added to it. From payment to delivery was a week- that's impressive! Customer service and communication is second to none.
I’ve put about 200 rounds through it so far, and am very impressed. It fires smoothly and the sights were remarkably accurate right out the gate. The rear sight was not properly operating, but still functioned with help, so I manually reinstalled it and applied Loctite as recommended and it’s perfect now. The sight mount is awesome, though I wish it would collapse down closer to the body of the rifle when the rifle is collapsed, but it works perfectly. Trigger was smooth as silk, recoil was minimal, and the handling and comfort overall made for an excellent rifle. They even attached the qd sling mount for me ahead of time, which I thoroughly appreciated.
I love the m series just got it couple days ago and can’t go wrong was gonna buy all the parts and do it My self on grey one then decided to just sell it And buy one of these was cheaper and well worth it thank u mcarbo bought couple things for My glocks and ak too lol can’t go wrong with these guys awesome products and really fast and awesome service good ppl to deal with only complaint I have is the muzzle break got little loose after shooting it couple times but already orderd optic mount and grip pad and butt stock wish they woulda offered to put that stuff on as extra and just pay me when u buy it and they put it all on something for them to think about
I ordered the MCarbo limited edition Kel Tec Sub 2000 chambered in 9mm. It took about 6 weeks to come. The wait was worth it. What an awesome weapon and a great job on the upgrades. It saved me about $200 and a lot of time. I also put on the Optic Mount, and a buttstock pad. There was a lot of talk about the small recoil. I was a Marine and have earned several rifle and pistol expert badges so I know how guns work. This SOB has plenty of recoil! I could shoot it for about 30 minutes before I had to quit. I ordered a recoil pillow for my shoulder. I'm not a sissy and know how to shoot a rifle. I'm looking forward to the shoulder pillow. I would buy this again and I highly recommend purchase if you want an awesome home defense weapon or fun range rifle (get a shoulder pad).
I must say, top-notch products and the service is even better! Super easy to order, website is easy to navigate. Ordered a complete sub2000 with other goodies including Red Dot Mount, side rail Covers pretty much everything that they offer for the Sub 2000. Shipping was amazing and the service after the sale was even better! It's great to do business with people and Veterans who care and believe in their products ! I wasn’t to impressed once left it in my car overnight in summer and must if rained and when I took it out all the screws where rusted looking most of it cane off with gun cleaner stuff but some did not so definitely keep it where not no gonna get to much moisture but I loves gun wouldn’t sell it for 2k lol get them wholeness you can why do all the work when you can save time and money this way and be proud do sponsor of vet owed businesses that deserves it
The difference between this and a stock sub2k is amazing and definitely worth the money. I couldn't be happier with my purchase even after thousand or so rounds it's still perfect.

Got my SUB-2000 M-Series Glock 19 model a couple of days ago. I used a Laser bullet bore sight to center it and took it to my brother in-laws place to shoot along with my CMR-30 (All the MCARBO Upgrades). Put about 100 rounds through it and can not believe how accurate it was. Then we attached a cheep Red/Green Dot on a riser to the rail and we put another 200 rounds through it and had so much fun I am now planning on getting the Optic Mount and a better Red Dot. The only issue that I had was when I tried to use some FEDERAL SYNTECH 150 grain, they do not seem to have enough power for the blowback. They work fine in my Taurus G3c so not a big deal. Now thanks to you I have a dilemma, I can not decide which one I like more. CMR-30 with all the Upgrades on the SUB-2000 M-Series. Cant say it enough, This Gun is F-ing AWSOME!!!
Bought this and have had other experiences with M@Carbo. These people are wonderful...friendly and very helpful. Prompt too. I bought the Sub 2000 upgraded...love it however I had a like strike issue..called when I left the range...by the time I got home the shipping label was on my email..they turned it around very quickly and took full ownership..something hard to find these day...thanks
I was very pleased with my purchase, For being as picky as I am (such as having to be FDE) it checked the box on everything I wanted it to be. Compared to a stock sub2000 it does not feel like the same gun. Mine was paired with the recoiless charging handle and the buttstock pad, and it was a dramatic difference in shooting experience.
Just go back from the range and wow! Had an almost stock version which I sold and got the M-Series. I wanted all the upgrades done by Kel-tec and M-Carbo and couldn't be happier with the end product. About 150 rnds thru and still a little tight but what a sweet shooter. IMHO this is the perfect Car/Truck/Home Defense/Urban Warfare set up to go along with my 4 9mm Glock pistols ;-) Thanks to Chris, Tom and others at M-Carbo. Customer service is outstanding, what a pleasure to support these guys!
I was expecting slightly more functional than the stock Sub-2000. What I got was an very fun, very functional, very accurate pistol caliber carbine. Very fun to shoot. If you're on the fence about spending the extra money, just do it.
I didn't buy the M CARBO SUB-2000, but had them install parts on my Gen 2 SUB-2000 to essentially create the same firearm. It is now totally different weapon. Everything is much improved, such as recoil, charging handle, trigger assembly, rear sight, feed, grip, etc. It is also highly accurate. I spoke with a technician before I sent my firearm, and he couldn't have been more helpful. Turnaround time was exceptional. A great experience with a great company. I am a former Captain in the U.S.Army and believe me, I appreciate firearms that work well.
I purchased this firearm and had it shipped to an FFL in my state. I ordered some extras with my new gun, which I assumed would just be in the box when it arrived. When I picked up my order from my local FFL I realized MCarbo had installed the extras on my firearm (Rapid Deployment Latch, Single Point Sling Mount and Magpul AFG-2 Angled Fore Grip) for me at no charge. I didn't expect that kind of service, but I was extremely happy. I was also thrilled with the quick shipping. I think it was shipped within three or four days of my purchase. It may have been a couple more days than that, but it seemed quick either way. Especially since they installed the three extra items to my firearm that I purchased. I couldn't be happier with the products I purchased from MCarbo or the service they provided. I will definitely be a returning customer!
