I purchased one of the Limited Edition Sub2K 9mm guns as soon as they were available. I had handled the standard version numerous times at gun stores and shows but always held off on buying one. I thought the stock trigger was bad and the gun just had too many things that need upgrading. Mcarbo corrected all the weak points of the stock gun with the parts they installed on the Limited edition model. I use this gun in local PCC matches. It runs flawlessly on my handload of 147gn FMJ round nose and Titegroup powder @ 1062 fps with a suppressor. I found it is far more accurate with heavier bullets and the recoil is softer. I just received my M-series Kel-tec sub2000 and its better then i imagined. I went ahead and added the buttstock, rapid deployment latch, single point sling, and grips, . What a great gun. i couldn't be more pleased. The staff at Mcarbo were awesome and responsive to my questions and requests.I just bought another Keltec and i will be sending this one to them also for some upgrades.
I have two Kel Tec Sub 2000 FDE 9mm multi mag. One from a local gun shop and the MSERIES from MCARBO. The MSERIES is just better in every way. The bolt tube cover really helps keep the cheek off of the cold bolt tube. The higher rear sight is a must. The stock sight really makes you press your cheek against the bolt tube and it's not comfortable. The flat trigger and upgrades are really noticeable. Dropped the stock "crunchy" heavy pull to a crisp light pull. Less felt recoil on the MSERIES with the upgrades. Customer service was spot on. My gun was scratched and they emailed me to let me know they ordered a new one from Kel Tec rather than ship out the scratched one. Good communication from start to finish.

I wanted a firearm that I could take with me anywhere and practice whenever the mood hits me. Being collapsible makes it easy for me to carry around while on the ATV without having to worry about hitting brush or getting covered in mud. I can simply put it in my go bag with some ammo and hit the trails. I'm no gunsmith and wanted to upgrade the weapon to match some of the features on long guns. The Extra Operator package along with some of the other custom selections is a must. All I had to do was mount my own red dot and start plinking. The single point QD sling and sheer lightness of this firearm make it easy to just carry it down range to set up targets. This firearm is truly a fun one to take out and run some rounds through. Being 9mm, I can practice my shooting techniques using ammo at half the cost of 5.56mm. You can shoot for hours while on the move without getting worn out. This firearm with the upgrades by MCARBO has motivated me to spend more time plinking plates and enjoying the property with my family more.
I did purchase my sub2000 and then did a complete mcarbo upgrade... l did upgrade the front post sight with an extremely thin sight with a small bead at top... 100 yards with iron sights consistently in a 4" target many in center the few out side were miss 2" or less... I would give up my AR before my sub2000...
I recently purchased a KEL-TEC SUB 2000 online, and while looking for accessories, I happened upon the M*CARBO website. I discovered I could get all the accessories I wanted for a lot less money by purchasing a SUB 2000 Gen 2 M-SERIES, so I did. I was able to compare the M-SERIES side-by-side with a stock Gen 2, and I loved all of the improvements. My only problem is that now a have a stock SUB 2000 to sell!
This Sub-2000 is a fantastic carbine the up grades are fantastic and it is a tack driver. I installed a Sig Romeo5 on it and I can hit a one inch dot at 25 yards consistently. The crew at MCarbo will help you any way they can. I use their parts for all my upgrades.
I purchased the Sub2000 Glock 19 M-Series directly from M*CARBO. You can read the description or watch the YouTube video about the M-Series. Before my purchase, I went to a local gun store I looked at the Sub2000 and thought it was pretty neat. The only thing I didn’t care about it was the plastic trigger and trigger guard. I felt that after a few times those pieces may break. I did more research on the sub2000 on YouTube and gun forums. Complaints about the sub2000 were the trigger guard and its components. The charging handle was to thin and it was uncomfortable to charge. Owners with beards complained about hair being pulled on the bolt tube. I found the M*CARBO video and saw that they addressed a lot of the issues. Months had passed and I got back on wanting the Sub2000. I did research (YouTube and forums) and learned that owners of the Sub2000 did some of the upgrades from M*CARBO and were impressed and happy with the upgrades. I went onto the M*CARBO site and saw that they have been busy making more accessories for the sub2000. So I felt that M*CARBO put out a great product and I made the purchase. They ship very fast too! I received it and I was very impressed. Trigger and trigger guard feel solid. I chose the recoilless handle and it’s beefy and feels very comfortable. You can tell the difference between M*CARBO version over the stock one. It was night and day. Full disclosure I have not shot it yet because of the range closures do to Clovid-19 shutdowns. I give this a thumbs way up!

After watching a buddy attempt to upgrade his stock sub2000 via purchasing each MCarbopart individually and doing the work himself and cursing whenever little parts were scattered across his dining room floor, I decided to purchase the M-series. I am happy with my decision. My suggested upgrades (or maybe they should come standard with the M-series): the MCarbo buttstock and the singlepoint sling mount. The only negative I can say is that the front slight was a little loose when I received but I eyed it up and tightened and am happy; I'm guessing this was a Keltec issue, not an MCarbo issue.
Received my carbine yesterday and am sharing my first impressions. Since I did not own a Sub 2000 previously, it made good sense to have the upgrades factory installed at an attractive price. The M*Carbo M-Series solves the compromises made by selecting polymer for parts to contain a price point at the sacrifice of operability and durability performance. Well done M*Carbo! There are still other improvements to be made. First, the ends of the stock pin should have a longer corner radius to improve the ease of reassembly. The present design is way too difficult to reassemble. Secondly, the rubber tube that covers the bolt tube is a great improvement, however it appears to prevent reducing the LOP. I realize the difficulty of solving this due to the length of the slot for the charging handle. Perhaps it may be possible by bonding a very thin sheet of spring aluminum extension to the rubber cover that inserts inside of the of the stock attachment to the tube. This would clearly cost more, but would be worthwhile to those who need a shorter LOP.

An absolute must have for anything you can think of. The internal upgrades gives me more confidence in it's reliability and integrity. Customizable to you're liking, and can accept a wide variety of different brand magazine. Tons of fun at the range and perfect on camping trips.
Mcarbo has fixed the weaknesses that Kel Tec built into this carbine in this M Series model. The trigger still has a bit too much take up but breaks cleanly at 5.5lbs. I also purchased the Mcarbo optic flip mount. It is easily the best design out there.
I followed the video instruction on installation. Easiest install ever. After install, fired weapon, best ever. Thanks Kel Tec you've made me a loyal customer for life.
