Bought this for my Kahr CW40. The installation videos were spot on and incredibly easy to follow. Everything installed easily and without too much issue. I have had my Kahr for 6+ years and was never able to get the backplate off, the install videos gave me everything I needed and was able to finally able to clean the 'deep' internals (more than just a field strip). I don't have the tools to measure the pull change, but I feel like it is way lighter than it was and still feel safe, without the safety, that I would have to be reckless to have a ND.
I put this in my model 70 , 30-06 and the pull weight went from 5.5 lb. To 2 lb.
Haven't shot it yet with the spring kit installed, but noticed the trigger pull is much easier, installation was easy and the Video was very informative.
I was pleased. Trigger pull much nicer than stock springs. Relatively speaking, the price was OK as well. Good upgrade.
Came packaged very nicely and very quickly. Installation was very quick and easy with help of installation video which was perfect 👍🏻. Kit reduced trigger pull by a pound maybe a little more definitely noticeable difference would buy again.
I'm a small time gunsmith and before finding mcarbo there were several striker fired pistols that I didn't care to work on and other after-market trigger kits that cost twice what your kits cost. The video makes installation easy and the results are as advertised or better. (I've done several different kits.)
I decided to roll the dice and try this Kahr CM9/CW9 trigger spring kit in my Kahr CT40 & CW45 (I really didn’t have much to loose as both triggers were averaging 6 lbs). I also installed the MCARBO stainless steel striker guide (I highly recommend purchasing and installing the MCARBO stainless steel striker guide as it has to be removed as part of the spring installation and its a rock solid upgrade). The triggers in both Kahr pistols now average just under 3 lbs! I’ve tested both pistols with factory ammo (both target & self defense loads) and also my reloads (both target & self defense loads) without a single malfunction! Way to go MCARBO on another great product!
I watch Hickok45 a lot and he said my Kahr S9 is the same as CW9. So I got this kit and followed alone with the video and installed. Was very easy and love the results. Also installed the new stainless steel striker guide. My S9 is like a new gun.
This was my first trigger spring Replacement. It went super smooth due to the videos showing how to. The trigger. Oh wow the trigger. I am in love with my pistol again. So buttery smooth. It feels like a brand new super high end pistol now. Def recommend these springs.
This spring kit works extremely well.......reduces trigger effort a BUNCH and so far....NO MISFIRES!!
