Super easy to add this into a 92F. I got a crisper and lighter trigger pull and used the 12# hammer spring with no issues with primer strikes. Another great product! This is about the 10th kit I’ve bought and installed from them across many makes of pistols. The videos are very helpful. Be sure to watch as they will walk you through step by step how to install and will give handy tips and tricks along the way. Keep up the great work!

Another gr8 kit and superb video instructions! My 4th kit (M60, RPC, Sccy) - You're helping me be a fairly adept smith...lol.

Biggest hurdle with the Regard is the little spring on the right side de-cocking lever. Gotta depress detent while at same time capture spring end with lever. Otherwise very straight forward.

Got about 8lb double action and 3lb single with 13# hammer spring. I hand-load & if primer strikes good, maybe try 12#.

Thx again

This kit, and the corresponding instruction video on YouTube, is terrific. The double-action is not longer a bear and is now shootable and the already good single-action is even better. I now feel more comfortable with this pistol than I did before. Well done MCARBO!

when I saw that it was supposed to reduce the trigger pull by 35% I wondered if that would help me like my 92fs compact again. It truly did. Could not believe the double action feel. Can keep sights on target while pulling all the way through the break. The instruction video was easy to follow. I have no idea how long it took me to complete because I enjoyed the proccess all the way through. I did not do the polishing. But was able to clean parts of her I've never seen. Very happy with the product and service. Thanks for helping me fall back in love with the 92fs.

Taurus PT92 Spring and Polish upgrade

Review

After reviewing both the Beretta and Taurus disassemble/reassembly videos, the spring upgrade and trigger polish went without a hitch. The 15.5lb recoil spring and 12lb trigger spring were used.

First range outing. Everything felt very nice and smooth. I don't have a trigger gauge, but trigger pull is noticeably lighter in DA/SA. First issue - FTF a couple times using CCI Blazer 115gr. I removed the 12lb trigger spring and added the 13lb trigger spring.

At a bowling pin outing, firing was fine, but I got a couple stove pipes.

Back to the range with my original 13lb spring and a Wolf 10lb spring with buffer. At 10 yards I tested the kit 15.5 recoil spring, the 13lb spring, and the 10lb spring with buffer. To my surprise, the 10lb spring and buffer gave me the tightest groups. Now this type of testing is all subjective and you mileage may vary.

Overall, I am very pleased with the result. Not only that, learning new gunsmithing techniques was the bonus.

Thank you !!!!

I had always loved the look of the beretta and a opportunity came up where I purchased a 92FS.

I’m a 45 carrier but I couldn’t pass upthe deal.

So their it sat in the safe until I had found this company. You made this Beretta come alive with this kit spring kit . Absolutely amazing ......

To this company and the owner again I can’t thank you enough for your dedication to detail in your parts and videos.

- will be watching for new products :)

They did it again!!!

I only needed the 4 tiny light springs to improve my 96a1. Chris has a great video to get the parts installed. Improved smoothness and lowered DA/SA trigger pull. Definitely makes a vast difference.

Installation only. I will visit the range on Monday and report my shooting experience.

Today I installed my MCARBO Trigger Kit into my M9A1.

Up front I want to share that for removing and installing the safety detents, I did the work inside a large zip lock bag. I learned to use the bag when installing the safety on my 1911s. I launched those detents a few times before I learned to use a credit card to hold the detent in the tube, gun in the bag while installing the safety. I’ve got thick fingers.

I found installing the kit straight forward and not complicated. The only surprise I had was how cruddy the interior of my slide was. Pulling the gun down for this kit install also allowed me to do a deep clean. I also found the hammer spring well and behind the trigger to be very cruddy. Not so as to effect the operation. This gun is designed to run cruddy. I’m just a clean nut.

I don’t own a pull gage, but, I cycled my pistol a number of times prior to takedown to lock into memory the feel of pulling the trigger in both SA and DA.

I also polished the sear and hammer. The sear ledge on the hammer had a finger nail catching burr on the left end of the hammer catch. I removed the burr, polished both parts and applied a bit of grease. Very Nice, it was just nice to begin with.

Following completion I cycle the pistol and can honestly say that the action is much improved in both trigger pull weights and smoothness of operation. Job well done MCARBO and Bryan P.

Lookin forward to the range on Monday and reporting back.

This is a good kit

Should come with the 3D printed block like the guy was using in the install video. Other than that, the kit is good quality and install was relatively easy. It does what it says and creates a noticeable lighter trigger pull in both double and single action.

This kit works great

I got the kit in the middle of the week. I could instantly feel the difference in the trigger and hammer. I wish I knew about this kit along time ago.

This spring kit also works with Girsan Regard MC

I decided to try this upgrade on a 92 clone, the Regard MC. All parts fit perfectly. So far the only diff between a Beretta and the Regard are the barrel lugs and slide cutout. The rest of the parts are the same. I ran 6 full mags after upgrade with no fails. Current DA = 7.5lbs very smooth, SA = 3.5lbs.

This was a fun project

This kit along with the video was a very enjoyable project. I just followed the video. In places I had to watch it a few times but that made it more challenging and the video was excellent. I also bought the polishing kit, hammer, punches, and bench block, and I’m glad I did. Now I enjoy shooting my Beretta. I didn’t before. Now the trigger is just right, and the recoil is light and smooth.
