Easy install (thanks for the video).
Ordered the RM380 trigger spring kit and received it in just a few days. I watched the video and installation was very easy. I did have to adjust the trigger return spring some. I was concerned about light primer strikes but after taking it to the range it worked great. No light strikes and I noticed a significant reduction in the trigger pull. Great service, great product, priced right!
Came quickly. Easy to install by following the video. Seems to have reduced the pull as I had hoped. Sure makes the gun a better shooter.

I'm not a gunsmith by any means, but these springs were very easy to install using the provided video. The trigger feels much lighter and smoother. A great improvement!
All the springs went in easy, thanks partly to the videos step by step instructions. Unfortunately after testing the trigger with my gauge, the trigger pull was the same?
I'm happy with other Mcarbo spring kits for the most part, but this one didn't change the character of the gun enough to matter. The trigger is still heavy, still heavy for the entirety of its ridiculous long pull, and still makes you throw lead all over the place when you finally get to the end. It still has you hunting for where the trigger goes off, still ramps up so strongly that the break is about the same as just pulling it further the last quarter inch or so, still breaks so far back that none of us can get anything like regular hits on the paper at all. Out of 24 rounds only two even touched the paper and that's after the kit was installed, including the recoil spring and SS guide rod. Really wanted to like this little gun, just not happening.
This trigger kit turned my rm380 from maybe 30 percent hit rate at 5 yards to nearly 100. Very satisfying trigger pull. Just remember that the stock spring is heavy for a reason, and any modification to any firearm is somewhat of a compromise. The new hammer spring and firing pin spring combo are having difficulty detonating Novx primers reliably, but this is a very strange load, high pressure, and likely has a relatively thick primer cup. Standard ball ammo has been 100 percent reliable for me. Very satisfied with this trigger kit, I carry much more confidently with it.
I replaced this trigger spring set to make the trigger pull a little easier especially when putting a lot of shots down range. You don't want the trigger finger getting too tired. This spring set made for an easier, smoother trigger pull which means a more accurate shot. It's still a long trigger pull.... which is what makes this gun safe, but it is now easier and smoother. Remember.... this is a mouse gun.....small, "a get off me gun"; I don't want a safety to futz with..... I want to pull it out, point and shoot.
Installation was easy. It did improve the trigger but I was hoping for a tad more. I would also like to have the trigger break a little earlier. It's a fantastic pistol just needs a couple tweaks. Before installing the spring kit, my adult daughter had to "pump" the trigger (smaller fingers) We'll see how she does the next time we go to the range and I'll post an updated review. Davey
