Didn't like the trigger pull on my Marlin 60. Tested the trigger pull which tested 5+ LBs to 4.9 Lbs. Lookes on the internet on how to lower the trigger pull. Came across your website which explained how to lower the trigger pull by installing the trigger kit so I ordered it. Came in 4 days. I installed it and again tested the trigger pull. It came out as 4 to 3.6 Lbs. So much better.
Springs got mine from 4 1/2lbs to 3 3/4lbs. Did more polishing and I'm down to 3 1/4lbs
I purchase the spring kit, as I'm in the process of rehabilitating a Marlin Model 60. I wanted to achieve a lower trigger pull without sacrificing safety. Having had previous experience with Chris and his M*CARBO team, I purchased the kit. Outcome, I lowered the pull weight a coupe of pounds and smoothed some of the operation. They have customer service down-pat.

This past week I got my Marlin 60 trigger spring kit (for my Glenfield model 75C) and installed it. What a difference!! I did not shoot my rifle much because it was not fun to shoot (terrible strong trigger pull), now I will be shoot it more. Thanks for coming up with this kit. A Happy Shooter, Gary
I recently rebuilt my Uncles Marlin60 after years of abuse. It always felt ok to him. When I return him with it cleaned and this trigger/spring kit in the old boy, he was blown away it was tge same gun. WHAT A DIFFERENCE AND WELL WORTH THE MONEY. FIX WHAT YOU THINK MIGHT BE GOOD TO FIND OUT IT REALLY IS JUNK AFTER MCARBO PARTS ARE ADDED!!! Trigger became clean, and broke solid. Lighter trigger but unbelievable clean break and reset wall. 👏

With the instruction video by MCarbo, the installation was easy and well explained. The kit got my model 60 trigger down to 3.5 lbs from 9.8 lbs! Now, I can get tight groups! Thanks MCarbo! Awesome company with awesome products, Semper Fi!
This kit worked great and was easy to install. I put it on an older Glenfield. It did not have the bolt hold open lever which was confusing at first but once I realized that it was simple.
Installed the flat trigger , no problem(?). Watched the video on the trigger spring kit several times and followed it as I did the take down and rebuild. Everything fine except the weapon would not fire. Spoke with Dave in customer service and sent pictures. Very rapid response stating it looked right with a couple of suggestions. Still would not fire. The only variable left was the trigger. I had 3 threads exposed and backed it off to 2. Problem solved. Outstanding and extremely courteous customer service. Thanks Dave for your help.
I own an original model 60 purchased in the Kate 60s by my uncle ( guns been in my family for over 50 years ) recent trigger reset issues led me to MCARBO and I was very pleased with the price, shipping speed, quality of parts. Highly recomend
I used the kit with DIP trigger guard and trigger. Definite improvement...The trigger return spring is pretty light. I think the problem with the Marlin trigger is mechanical advantage that it lacks....longer/taller sear would add leverage to the point of reliable cocking. Shipping out to California was fast. I chose regular USPS first class. Received the kit in three days! The installation video was excellent. Installed the spring kit from start to finish in less than 30 minutes. The trigger pull went from 6 lbs to 3.5 lbs. I wish I had done this long ago. During the installation I noticed the plastic bolt buffer was cracked. MCarbo has the the buffer available as well. I’m ordering the buffer and e clips. My marlin model 60 will be good to go for many years to come once the new buffer is installed. This is my new go to company for firearm improvement parts!
I installed this kit and the guns design made it challenging but the springs were worth it. No I need other upgrades but I bought two kits one for mine and the other for my son. This is in preparation for going to Appleseed.
Easy to install, good video, highly impressed with this kit. To my knowledge it's the only way to make that gritty, grimy, heavy, creepy factory trigger better. I saw a trigger pull reduction from 6+ lbs to 3.5 lbs when coupled with a trigger from DIProductsinc.com.
